Breath Basics

Does it get more basic than the breath itself? Well, consider how many muscles and strategies can be used to breathe. Try taking big chesty breaths. Now, try bringing your breathing motion into your tummy. How about your shoulders? Do they move at all when you breathe? What happens to your breathing pattern if you sit up straight vs. slouching? Isn’t it amazing that our bodies can breath in so many ways? Let’s explore more!

Azure Awakening

Sometimes, when you’re feeling blue or having trouble with breathing, it’s hard to get out of bed. When your mind and body are struggling to wake up and breathe calmly, we hope this gentle start will help. You’ll begin on your bed or couch, do some easy stretches and breath exercises, and then you’ll finish sitting upright, feeling more stable and ready. Fuchsia Fascia

Perfect for warming up or to use as a stand-alone workout, this exercise video will wake up your lungs along with all your fascial tissues and get you ready for more movement. Your fascia is all the connective tissue that holds you together. Fascia encases your muscles and contains your nerves, and it loves swinging motions! Optional: grab a tiny pair of weights for the second half of this routine. By clicking play on this video you signify that you agree to the terms of our disclaimer found here.
