Welcome and thank you for purchasing the 5×5 challenge here at Fit2B Studio. Below, you will see that you may click on Lesson One to begin. Each lesson contains a video demonstrating the 5 moves, images showing the moves, and a written description of each movement. While the moves may seem simple the first time around, after 5 sets, you WILL be feeling them.
Your goal is to do one lesson each day for the next 5 days. Many who utilize this awesome platform will use this routine Monday thru Friday, and then take the weekend off, and then repeat it. If you have more time, go for a walk or do some other movements of your choice. Ready to begin?
