C/TS – Classic Flow B

Many mainstream Yoga studio classes will begin with 3-5 rounds of Surya Namaskara A followed by B. It’s meant to be a rigorous warm up, and few form cues are given as it’s understood (or assumed) that everyone in the room can execute the proper technique and breathing. However, many people haven’t been taught. They missed the intro class or the basic foundational instruction in Yoga – or they have core issues that make the traditional pattern risky for them – but they muddle through and act like they know what they’re doing. So I say, please! Even if you’ve done loads of Yoga classes before coming to Fit2B please give Classic Flow A and then this Flow B at my slower pace. Really tune into your breath and technique. I do it different. But don’t I always? 😉
Equipment Needed: A rug or exercise mat & Your body… sleepy puppy is optional.
