I did not have time to explore….however, the reason I tried the open house is to work with pelvic floor issues. I have implemented the exercises that Beth taught and am experiencing what feels like amazing results, in just a few weeks! Thank you so much for the free information! It’s in my plans to try more of the fit 2 B courses. The way these exercises are taught is easy to follow and doable, and friendly 🙂 I feel as if I learned a lot.
