How Long B4 it Counts?

How long do you have to exercise before you feel like it really counts? If you are like me then you tend to look at a 15-minute window of opportunity to exercise like it’s not even worth your time. We get sucked into the trap of laziness, though, when we pigeon-hole ourselves into the 30-minute workout.

Because what happens when you don’t have 30 minutes to lift weights and jog? What if you only have 20 minutes to go for a short walk? Or 10 minutes for some simple yoga moves? Does that even count? The answer is YES!!!

Every minute of movement counts. In fact, studies show that exercising three times a day for 10 minutes each time will yield the same heart-healthy benefits as exercising for 30 minutes all at once.

Okay, so what if you only have five minutes? Well, I just have to answer your question with a question. Really, all you have is five minutes to invest in your fitness? Aren’t you worth more than that? Call me an auctioneer, but can anyone give me 10, 10 … I’ve got 10! How about 15, 15, 15? Anyone? Going once… going twice … Sold!

I’ll give you 10 minute workouts, 15 minute workouts, whatever length you need for just $7.95 a month. Because it’s okay to start small. It’s okay to do just 10 minutes. I know, it might not feel like much, but it’s minutes not spent on your lazy fanny. Something is always better than nothing. So do something!!!  Quit reading this blog (which I’m writing instead of working out myself 🙂 and start one of my videos. You don’t even have to finish it.
