Fit2B has been a godsend. When I was recovering from a lengthy illness and needed gentle workouts that met me where I was at and helped me gradually build strength, Fit2B provided that. No matter what my energy level is each day, I can find a workout that meets me there and helps me get a little closer to my goals. And gradually I’ve progressed to being able to do things I never would have imagined were possible for me. You don’t need high intensity, energy-sucking workouts that leave you sore for days to get to your goals. You just need Fit2B!

I am thankful for you because 7 years ago, after collapsing from back pain while holding my 3-month-old... I found you and learned about diastasis recti. At the time you were the only one teaching how to heal it and changed my life.

It’s taken me a LONG time to have growth mindset, especially where fitness is concerned, but I have learned so much from Beth and it’s been so different from any fitness experience. It’s encouraging and meets me where I am instead of shaming me for where I am not.

I haven’t been working out hard. I’ve mostly been doing gentle Fit2B application, walking, and working on my squats. I started a new part-time job at a regenerative farm. I’m 60. At 40 and 50 I never could have done this. Thank you, Beth, for Fit2B.

I knew nothing about core health until after the birth of my first child when I realized something wasn’t right with my stomach. After lots of online research, I found and joined Fit2B. Your workouts helped me understand and strengthen my body. I had an AMAZING postpartum experience with my second child, and I attribute so much of that to what I’ve learned from you.

I was afraid to work out. I “didn’t like cardio” and I had no idea what to do when it came to lifting weights. Add on DR and I just knew that I was going to hurt myself or make my belly worse if I tried. Foundational 5+ gave me the confidence, skills and courage to care for my body in a new way. I learned how to support my belly and trust it to see me through all kinds of movement. I love how gentle Beth is and how encouraging she is on every video. She feels like a good friend - even when she’s making me work my tushy off.

Premium Membership is by far the best value. This is way more affordable than a gym membership, especially if you need childcare. I love that my price is locked in for life. Not only do I love the huge variety of workouts, I love the mindset about fitness and health that Beth has and expresses in every workout. You will find your mindset about your own health and body gets better and better the more you listen to her. The Facebook support group that is included is amazing too and really helps with accountability if you stay engaged with the weekly challenges.

This was the most information I have ever received on Diastasis Recti! I had a short explanation in PT school but nothing compared to the variety and complexity of information in this course. I was happy to receive information for myself (as I had one after my second child) and my patients. The course is full of detailed evidence-based resources in an easy to read format. There are plenty of videos and links to keep your attention. I am thankful to have this course as a resource for helping other moms!

With 3 little ones now, loading us all up to go work out would be ridiculous. … Fit2B works so much better for us. I can squeeze a workout in (at any time too!) without it being a huge production or sucking up half of our day, and I can do it freely with my kids thanks to the more tasteful presentation of the videos compared to some of my other workout DVDs. My boys love the Fit2B kids videos too, and always come running when they hear the opening music, wanting to know if I’m putting on a “mommy” workout for me or a “kids” workout for them.

Fit2B has literally been a direct answer to my prayers. I have recommended this site to all of my family and friends. It is basically perfect. Beth has moral standards; I feel completely comfortable with all of the content in my home. In my opinion, her moral standards combined with solid instruction alone makes her company the best fitness resource available. I doubt that there is anything comparable to what she has created. She delivers well researched instruction, and has a healthy approach that doesn’t go to risky extremes as the fitness world often pushes an individual to go. Her company is a blessing to the world. I am quite confident that she was inspired to create this online resource. Her partner company, The Tummy Team, is also remarkably valuable. I took a break from Fit2B to do abdominal rehab with the Tummy Team, and now I am back. I am still dealing with diastasis, and am slowly getting bad habits out of my day. I have seen some progress and that is encouraging. I think I will be a customer for life.

I’ve had the premium membership for 4 years now! I mostly use it for working out, but have loved the courses too. I love the easy yearly renewal, which is cheaper than buying it on my own. I’ve used everything from easy to challenging workouts as I’ve gone from postpartum, back to pregnant, and postpartum again. I love that there are workouts for all stages of my life, and I’ll be using the perimenopause course in a few years too. I love the variety of workouts, and that my husband and kids can join me on videos too. It sets a good example for my family, and they all know Beth and her cues.

Fit2B has completely changed how I view fitness. I’ve had a subscription to another exercise site for almost a year but haven’t been able to be consistent with it because the workouts were hard to fit in my schedule and left me feeling too exhausted to do the things I needed to do around the house and to be fully engaged with my kids. Fit2B has changed that, and because of the wide range of length of time and intensity in their workouts, I can always fit something in, and it leaves me feeling energized and proud of myself instead of feeling out of shape and discouraged like I did with the other exercise site. There’s also a wide variety of workout styles so I can always try something new. And Beth is so encouraging! I am a huge fan of Fit2B and would recommend it to anyone.

SStephanie2020

Fit2B is literally for any person - man, woman, young, old... I cannot recommend it enough. There is so much variety - I can find a relaxing, stretching routine or an intense cardio session. I can work out for 5 minutes or 30. It’s really been life changing! Beth knows so much about the human body and she constantly reminds you to listen to your body and go at your own pace. Fit2B is a gift I give to myself - it’s my “me time” and my kids even like it because there are fun videos for them on here. Beth’s positive and kind demeanor always leaves me feeling good!!!

I love Fit2B! Just purchased my second annual membership! During my first year I was never bored. There was always something new to try depending on my mood. I’m working more on being kind and gentle with my body. Beth (and Fit2B) helps me do that. Her workouts are always positive and encouraging. I always walk away feeling better AND more appreciative of this amazing body God has given me. Thank you for teaching me how to enjoy my body and move in a joyful way. Can’t wait to dig into my second year now!

BBrynne2017

I love Fit2B because it is doable for me! I am able to take my workouts anywhere because I can use my phone! I usually do my workouts in the cleared space of my living room watching it on my phone. Another thing I love about Fit2B is that there is a workout for me to do no matter my mood, energy level, equipment owned, physical ability, or available time! I have seen so much positive progress as I have consistently worked out over the past (and first of more to come!) year of my membership!

I realized today that one HUGE benefit of Fit2B that is completely unrelated to working out with the different routines … I sing better!! The last time I sang in a production of Handel’s Messiah, I had to really struggle to sustain my breath for long notes and it was even worse singing the first soprano notes … I noticed tonight at practice that I was easily able to hit notes that previously gave me trouble and had an easy time sustaining my breath! Anyone care to sing with me: Hallelujah!!

I am a former athlete and one of my problems with other workout programs and videos is that I feel like I’m not doing enough unless I finish completely, and then I would overdo it and end up in a flare and not do anything for a while until I recovered, and it was a vicious cycle. I am so, so grateful that Fit2B starts out so slowly and gently and allows for working our way up - and breaks it up into little videos so that I can do just a few gentle minutes and feel like I’ve done something if that’s all I can do for the day.

I am a homeschooling mom of three. My kiddos are now 12, 14 and 16 and I am finding these years are just as busy as when they were little. I have struggled with health issues since my second was born and have never been good at getting exercise (preferred to sit and read ;) ), but I am slowly figuring out how to fit it in and I can honestly say that these 5x5 workouts make a huge difference. They relieve the decision fatigue and help me get in everything I need!

TMTerah M.2023

Fit2B Lite was just what I needed to help me make a consistent habit of exercise without the overwhelm of a lot of choices! Because the workouts were chosen for me each month, it was easy to rotate them each week without much thought. Once working out became a habit, I switched to the premium membership.

JJessica2023

I dove right in, and I can honestly say I feel better after the workouts. I started on the beginners path and have continued on from there. The workouts started out slow and steady, and it was not done by some super perky, hyper, bouncy, guilt-laying-on person that I did not care for but followed directions from anyways. It was done by someone I considered a friend, someone I knew who realized the daily demands that life and life with children puts on you.

BJBecky J.2011

I didn’t think I needed this course. I didn’t think I was old enough to start thinking about menopause. I learned so much about myself and my body from each of the lessons in this course. There was so much fear and unknown about this season of life. I’m no longer afraid and I’m more educated and confident that I’m not going to lose my mind during this season. And I’m able to care for my body in better and more loving ways in this transitional season. Beth really knows the most amazing people that are all so generous in their knowledge and expertise. Do yourself a favor and get this course.

LLaToya2023

I have used this site off and on throughout my 3 pregnancies and love it! I absolutely trust the information given about what is safe for my core and what is not. What Beth says about the diastasis just makes sense. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and in the process of still strengthening my core, getting ready for delivery. Always will highly recommend!

HHHannah H.2017

I’ve been a member for years. So thankful for the vast variety of workouts, from low to high intensity, and the variety in the style of workouts. There’s literally a workout for any mood or physical need, and it’s all safe for healing and strengthening the core muscles. Thanks, Fit2B!

ASAngela S.2023

Fit2B seems like it’s mostly for pregnant and postpartum women. I’m well past menopause, so I wasn’t sure if this test would work for me. However, I’ve been desperate to find workouts for my body and all its changes, so I decided to take this test. Talk about hitting the nail on the head! Not only was it a hoot and a half -- I laughed so hard at the question about pillow nests on treadmills -- but the results are precisely me, and I already love the three workouts I got. Well done! This test was an answer to prayer!

I’m so grateful for this group and what you created, Beth! My 8 year old daughter is so curious about her body and what will happen as she gets older. Like so many, I grew up with shame around these “private” matters and wouldn’t have even dared to ask about them. I have the language and the resources to talk to her about the amazingness that is a growing girl’s body. We’ve been going through the Fit2B Girls’ Course little by little as she asks about various things.

CDCynthia D.

I’ve been practicing the Pull Up Prep video for the last few weeks. We went climbing yesterday and I tried this way out of my league problem that starts with no feet. And I pulled up. I pulled up and was able to get my hand to the next hold WITHOUT FEET! Did I finish the problem? Heck no. But oh, I celebrated like I did!

HRHarmony R.

I’ve discovered that my heart and mind don’t wake up well in the morning until my body wakes up, so I’ve been doing my Fit2B workout first thing after waking. It helps me be alert for time with God (Bible, praying)! With kiddos that wake early, though, if I want to exercise and prioritize Bible time, I can only do 5-15 minute workouts (totally doable with the selection of workouts on this website!) Now I’ve got an extra option that gets a bit longer of a routine - that can wake up my body and my heart/mind simultaneously - as I can read a devotional or Bible with it :)

LHLaura H.2022

I’ve done all three chunky workouts on consecutive days! I have been able to do today’s and yesterday’s all at once, but appreciate knowing I can pause and come back later if I need to. I homeschool four kids in a very small house, work part-time and have a homestead, so I often find myself being interrupted. Normally, this would be so frustrating, I wouldn’t bother starting a workout on a busy day. Please make more of these!

VHVirginia H.2024

Oh my goodness!! This is exactly what I need now!! I can actually do this workout, which makes me feel so good. I’ve been dealing with a chronic issue and allowed myself to be sidelined--not any more! Full disclosure: I had to sit to do this, but I did this! With tears in my eyes, thank you for giving us a “can do” routine. My mornings just got a lot better and I thank you! The New Year is full of promise and good!

♥Fit2B member2025

I’m so afraid of doing the wrong exercise and making things worse that I usually opt out of doing anything. This post helped me learn the difference between tightening my TA muscle and what happens when you do tummy crunches. I so relate with the pain in my abdomen when I do a quick movement and my core was too late in engaging. Thanks for giving answers that start at the bottom and work us up to health, not just bigger and better muscles. I trust your blog and don’t feel I have to recheck everything and just give up because I don’t know how to recheck it. I can just do what I learn and feel safe :).

CCarole2013

This was a great workout! I enjoy all your workouts and the weekly Beth in real life! You are so much fun and so knowledgeable in everything you share! I’m a 56 year old wife, mom and grandma! I hope to get my daughters and granddaughters hooked on your awesome program! Thank you so much for all you are doing to encourage women to exercise and take care of themselves. I have worked out for years, and I must say, I believe your program is the best I’ve seen!

LLaNell2017

Loved it! After doing Fit2B for almost a year I’ve started going back to the gym. I usually just do cardio and then some core work, now I feel confident to incorporate weightlifting!

LLaura2017

I was listening while I walked despite my training program calling for a run. Because of what I’ve learned from Beth and Fit2B I listened to my very sore body and walked. … But I’m trying to learn and change. I was at first very disappointed with myself for not running. But now I am glad I listened. I want a strong body not a broken one.

KWKandy W.2018

So with the purest of motives (i.e. Get a hot body fast!) I joined Fit2B Studio. I intended to do some yoga and tell myself that at least I tried, but, I’ll tell you, the yoga has been really fun and addictive. … I’ve been at it for three weeks now, and it quickly went from a midmorning half-hearted-go, to three-times-a-day of something I really enjoy. And I won the bonus prize: Energy!

THTraci H.author · 2011

I was having a truly terrible night (going through a rough life patch right now) and I found myself crying for no reason. I decided to watch your video and it totally pulled me out of it. I feel so much better. Your webcast feels like having an amazing, informative, REAL person to gain great knowledge from. Thanks!!!

LDLola D.2013

One of the other things I love about Fit2B is that I can pause the videos whenever I need and get back to it when I need. … I have recommended her site to a couple of new moms (as I still feel that way after 15 months!) as a great alternative to the ’norm’. Stealing 10-15 minutes here and there with a baby is definitely doable and the workouts leave me feeling refreshed instead of ready to collapse. Check it out for yourself, you will not be sorry you did!

BJBecky J.2011

I re-entered yoga at around 5 weeks PP. I am slowly getting stronger. I can do things now that I haven’t been able to do for months, and in just a short period of time, I am noticing a dramatic increase in my core strength because of Fit2B. My belly is still there, it supports me supporting my now 9-month-old twin girls, and I am slowly learning, for the first time, to respect it. After all, it carried miracles.

ABAmanda B.2018

I so enjoy having a monthly membership. There is such a great variety of workouts available and I like that if I only have 15 minutes I can still do something good for my body. The information and encouragement Beth provides are wonderful! I keep telling friends and family who are having trouble with diastasis recti about Fit2B. I feel that Fit2B fills in a very crucial gap in maternal care. Thanks! Keep those videos coming!

JVJen V.2014

I’ve been a premium member for years and would never dream of letting it lapse. Sometimes I stray to other online fitness personalities, but I always come back to Fit2B because Beth has my back through all phases and situations.

MMegan2023

I’ve been a member for a couple years now. It’s truly an annual investment and promise to myself. Some seasons I work out a lot. Others less. But I can ALWAYS count on Beth to work me physically and encourage me emotionally while educating me mentally. Beth’s vision is so much more than a good workout. I plan to be a Fit2B “lifer.”

KWKandice W.2018

I will likely never have another workout/fitness membership! Beth is nothing but encouraging, realistic, and honest. Her compassion for us and our bodies shines through every video and response on Facebook. She has a genuine concern for the overall health of our bodies, and it doesn’t include a bunch of high intensity or painful workouts. You can even manage a good workout without breaking a sweat!

KPKatelyn P.2018

This is my second yearly membership with Fit2B and as always loving it. I have several medical conditions that make working out difficult. Fit2B gets me building strength and moving safely. I couldn’t recommend it more.

JJohanna2018

When I started looking into Fit2B and read Beth’s vision, I actually got tears in my eyes and knew this was a program I could get behind. I love her perspective, her modesty, her gentleness. I’m new and have just gotten started, but I’m excited to see how my body can repair and gain strength!

NNoelle2017

I’m thankful for Fit2B because they get me… I don’t do well with fitness that pushes and pushes and demands more than I can give. That’s how I end up injuring myself! I love Fit2B’s gentle, steady approach.

MLMichelle L.

I’m in love with your workouts! I’ve done the ’no pain no gain’ workouts for 8 years now. I have had tons of pain and nearly no gains. I am so glad I can work out and go do something else with my day. I feel refreshed and revived. No more ’oh my gosh I just need a nap now’ workouts.

MSMelinda S.

I hated to exercise. I thought it was a necessity. I would often think... I wish I could find something I really like. Praise the Lord, I found Fit2B! Who knew exercise can be fun AND not kill you!

SRSara R.

I’m doing well with the Lite membership! I am so grateful that in this season of tight finances and so much else going on, I have the opportunity to do fitness and not have to pick and choose from a huge library!

SKStefanie K.

I never exercised regularly till I found Fit2B - I can do it, at my pace and feel good and make a difference.

JMJennifer M.

I’m thankful for the basic principles I learned through Fit2B about protecting my core, and for the years of steady workouts that have kept me strong through three pregnancies.

NWNicole W.

I am a doula and childbirth educator and always include info on Fit2B in my classes and pre/post birth meetings.

I’ve been on this journey since April, and I only found Fit2B a few months ago. But it has been SO helpful. I will also admit - happily! - that my “after” picture is with my transverse engaged. I still have a bit of a pooch when it isn’t engaged, but whatever - I didn’t even *know* how to engage my transverse until a few months ago! This morning I walked the longest I ever have - 6.8 miles (!) - and was inspired to compare pictures. Holy wow! I’m so encouraged!

TTTeresa T.

I was excited to try the new Fit2B routine, Mermaid Mojo, today (as is generally the case with new Fit2B routines)! I really enjoyed this one and will definitely be coming back to it in the future. It is a great combination of stretching and mobility work. Mermaids are something that really benefits my body and that my body really likes and this routine had ALL the mermaids! I love the creativity that Beth puts into movement and exercise. It makes working out fun and practical. Real life requires flexibility and strength in many different situations and positions and the variety I get in Fit2B workouts has greatly helped me live real life as a mom in the various things I need to do each day. By the end of this workout, my hips had greater range of motion and were more relaxed and open.

AHAudrey H.

Lovely Shining Savasana was the BEST yoga video I’ve seen on any site for a long time! Thanks Beth; it uses all my favorite poses and stretches and manages to restore and relax in only 15 minutes. It’s my new favorite that I hope to visit regularly from now on.

KKelly2021

Getting started is so hard. I have started and failed to have a consistent fitness routine for over a decade. This course was the first thing I tried that I was able to stick with. It was gentle enough for someone just getting started but challenging enough that I didn’t get bored. And I had no idea that there were standing core exercises!! Core off the floor - YES PLEASE!! I learned so much about the different ways and muscles to move and work on and I have simple easy exercises that fit into my day no matter how much time I have (or don’t have) to exercise.

LLaToya2023

Oh WOW! I think I may have just had a breakthrough. So I’ve been doing several videos in the last few days in a renewed commitment to caring about my health. I did not get it that my ribs are flared until this video. I figured that since I wasn’t arching my back, I wasn’t flaring my ribs, but then I realised that seeing my ribs stick out from the side isn’t normal. … I think I just figured out how to engage my core in a “connected to my ribs” way. This is amazing. Thanks for the video.

CRChrista R.2017

I’ve been adding weight training to my workouts this summer & red resistance gave me a great challenge without being too hard. I’m looking forward to working my way up to heavier weights in the future. I followed with red reaching, which was an awesome cool down. I wish all my friends were on Fit2B so they would understand when I start raving about this treasure chest of fitness videos.

JRJacQueline R.2019

This was SOOOO insightful. Post-pregnancy, I’ve been dealing with crunching sounds in my hips every time I roll over in bed. Doing this today, I realized that my inner left thigh is weak, at best, contributing to this horrific crunching sound when I’m just trying to get comfy at night. Thanks to this mermaid exercise, I now know what to work on! And I already can do the really deep squat AND stand up out of it! +1 for learning new things, +1 for making me feel good about myself.

HCHelen C.2022

Fit2B has been gentle and encouraging through stages of healing and recovery for three years. Through her teaching and variety of workouts, I have made progress through many difficulties that would have kept me from exercising at all. I am pleased with my progression through the Beginning, Advancing, and Challenging Pathways. The walking and neck courses included in the membership have improved my alignment, which seemed very hard to improve before. I enjoy the joy of her calling to teach fitness and the new things I learn in the many courses and workouts. I am also thrilled about the Girls course for my daughters who are curious about their changing bodies, and I trust Beth’s content and approach. Her workouts do not leave me depleted for the day, but I feel great and excited about what my body can do tomorrow.

RWRobin W.2019

I have a 20 pound 16 week old. Lifting, burping and nursing him has put so much stress on my neck and shoulders. Thank you so much for this quick and thorough neck workout! It has helped so much to just stop and stretch throughout the day!

NCNicole C.2015

Five-minute Pilates is the perfect workout for a busy day. I felt it - couldn’t believe it was only 5 minutes. Worked my core - which is exactly what I need on busy days - to start with reminders to my core. And stretched and strengthened muscles that I didn’t realize were so weak. I can’t wait to do it again.

ELEmily L.2021

Great mini-workout, Beth! It’s getting late and we had a crazy day, so this was a great choice for today. Funny thing, now when I am in the van driving my kids to their various activities, I do LOTS of belly breath pulses. I am much more aware of my alignment and sometimes do as many as 400 throughout the course of my trips.

KKathi2016

I found this one by accident on my Roku several months ago. It immediately became one of my favorites! A little bit of everything all wrapped up into one workout. It is gentle enough that I don’t have to do a warm up first, but builds up to being challenging enough that I can actually push myself, in a good way. And there’s more challenge in it that I haven’t mastered yet. I love workouts like that. I can normally do a lot more in my exercising if I don’t start at 100%. And I really like “all in one” workouts. Sometimes I’ll do a video that targets something specific, but generally, I want to get a warm up, cardio, strength training, and a really good stretch, all in one video. That’s why I really like this one!

AWAnnaMichelle W.2015

When I started this challenge through the member forum, I coerced my husband into doing it with me. He’s very fit and athletic, and I am... not. When I talk about Fit2B he’s always very encouraging me that it is for people like me, but he’s very skeptical that it could benefit him. However, he did the challenge with me AND was shocked at how intense the workout actually is. It was doable for me, someone who isn’t in the greatest shape after my three pregnancies, and it was challenging for him, who runs marathons and plays soccer regularly. I’m going through the challenge again now that it’s been all fancied and beautified. Totally worth the money! The explanations in the video are much more clear. The workout goes quickly and efficiently and since you are working different muscle groups each time, you can do them every day. Take the challenge!

I can’t get enough of your workouts! My neck and upper back are so tight from hours of nursing a baby. I love this one. Well, I love them all! I am learning to listen to my body, moving away from the all-out intensity, body-not-totally-in-control workouts. I love these gentle workouts. But by the end of some of them I am dripping sweat and my muscles are quivering (in a good way). Who knew you could get such an awesome workout by doing slow, gentle movements!

KKandice2016

This is me carrying boxes down stairs at a local charity. I am nowhere near goal weight. I still have a small DR. But I was ABLE to carry boxes, two at a time, downstairs, squat to put them down, go back up the stairs, and repeat, many times over. Was I winded while doing this? Yes! Was I out of breath and gasping for air? No! Was I feeling like I was getting a good workout? Yes! Was I sore and in pain? No! I was engaging my TVA, I was standing up straight, and I was squatting while keeping my TVA engaged and breathing “sssshhhhhhh” out while going down and hinging at my hips. I realized I could only do this because of the progress that I had made with Fit2B! It had helped me to be “Fit2B” carrying boxes so that I could help out at our favorite charity! I was so grateful that I was able to do this. So this is for me to remember how far I’ve come and to motivate me to keep going! And maybe it will be encouragement for you!

This walking course COMPLETELY transformed my view of walking as a runner. I was so skeptical that I would be able to enjoy walking and get that mental release and a good physical workout. Wow! Over the six weeks I fell in love with walking. I found myself during my runs saying “I’d rather be walking.” In six weeks I took 2 minutes off my pace. I put on a pair of jeans I haven’t worn in over two years. My core got an amazing workout. I CANNOT recommend this course enough. I love that it is a total body workout in ways that running isn’t. I saw muscles change and grow and overall health improvements. If you’re a runner and wondering if walking is for you, try this course!!! During this course I was training for a half marathon I had signed up for months before. Doing this training enabled me to make my running goal and a few days later walk several miles. No race hangover. I can’t wait to keep logging more miles and see my pace improve and my body get stronger. Thanks, Beth, for this amazing course!!!

KWKandice W.2018

This video got me into spinning! My husband got me a spin bike the Thanksgiving of the year this video was put out, after I rode my bike on a trainer for a few months doing this video. I think I put 1000 miles on that first spin bike in the first year I had it! This is still one of my favorite spin routines!

MCMegan C.2026

I really enjoyed this video. I used to be in such great shape but after “life” I am starting from the very bottom. I find these workouts about as challenging as I can handle. So I am thankful that they are at the right level and I don’t have to stop the workout video in the middle because I can’t finish. Because these videos are not too long, I am able to finish and feel accomplished and not defeated. I know I am at the “bottom.” I know I have a long way to go. But it is still so nice to have a sense of accomplishment and to know that I did get a good workout in. I did my max and will do a little again tomorrow and hopefully all the littles will add up.

KBKathleen B.2020

I took this course to use towards my required continuing education for my Personal Training certification. My personal experience with abdominal separation and pelvic floor issues had me researching “mommy tummy” and diastasis for over 3 years. A lot of that information is either lacking, false, or a cookie-cutter approach to helping our bodies get back into a healthy state. I recently found this course and love how there is so much beneficial information for women and trainers alike, and the cost is extremely reasonable! As a trainer I can say first-hand we are not taught proper exercise technique for women with diastasis. This program is simplistic enough for all women, and should be a staple in personal training certification for any trainer who intends on working with women.

There are so many good routines that it is hard to pick. I think my favorites are the ones that move the whole body. I like these because there are days when I am short on time but really want to feel like I have worked quite a bit of my body. The Chunky 5x5 or some of the ones in the Purple series. Black Battlesticks is really good too. That one usually leaves me sore in a good way. I have learned so much about just focusing on movement and being active rather than a dress size or number on a scale. It has helped me change the way I view myself and my reasons for exercising. Thank you, Beth!

LPLeslie P.2023

I appreciate what Beth Learn has done in creating grace in exercise, and allowing me to take her workouts anywhere. I love using my membership from my Roku 3, and not being stuck to a computer. There are just so many options to stay motivated and encouraged. I love her video chats that she does a few times a month. I learn so much that has even helped me in my massage practice. And to many of my clients I recommend her program to help with their back problems and posture. There is something for every body. Beth is so real, and encouraging. I gladly welcome her in my living room. I love my monthly membership and I recommend it to someone who is new to what she offers, or can’t pay upfront the whole year.

JRJanae R.massage therapist · 2014

I signed up recently, and, seriously, your workouts are changing my life. I tell everyone about your site… I’ve never felt “the burn” in my stomach doing your tummy workouts, but including them in my exercise routine and avoiding crunch-like movements has made my middle look and feel its best since I had my first child 6 years ago, and it keeps getting better! Thank you for swimming against the flow!!

KKelly2015

I completed this course after two pregnancies. I had not realized how weak my core had gotten from having two babies in less than two years. Not only did I learn a lot, I was able to take an inch off my waist measurement simply by learning to use my abdominal muscles correctly for the first time. Did it over after my third baby and recovered my core strength much better that time. Highly recommend as a great starting place with Fit2B!

CSChristina S.2023

I am so excited to find this pathway! I have been using Fit2B for several years and most consistently for just this year (2020). I have had chronic pain and illness for over 10 years and one thing I love about Fit2B is how encouraging and realistic the workouts are. But my body often can’t handle what I want to be doing. I regularly spend time looking for the most gentle, relaxing and helpful workouts for my tired body, but now I find them all listed right here! Thank you for this! And thank you for being willing to come alongside all of us who need a little less, not more.

TMTerah M.2020

I have enjoyed the monthly membership for over a year, now. I love how Beth is real and honest about who she is and allows me to be real and honest about who I am and where I am in my fitness level. The workouts leave me feeling empowered and hopeful that I am able to work at my level and my pace and reach my goals. I never feel discouraged about my level and I am making progress in my physical healing journey. Beth is available through the Facebook page and I have experienced so much help and support in my personal journey. She is always honest if a member needs more help than she can give and knows where to direct her members for that help. I have learned so much about my diastasis and Beth makes it enjoyable. There is a real emphasis on listening to your body, slowing down if necessary, working at your level, and never pushing beyond what you are able to do, while challenging you to move forward and not give up. The workouts are varied and interesting. There are clearly marked pathways for those who aren’t sure where to start, from introductory, to beginner, to advanced levels. Beth is always modestly dressed so I am never embarrassed to have my children or husband present to watch the videos. My children really enjoy the workouts available just for them, from my toddler to my tween. We have all been happy with this membership.

My husband wanted me to have a tummy tuck after my 3rd pregnancy, but I started thinking I want to heal my body… and stumbled upon your site. I’m happy to say that I will be working on my core/belly after I deliver in 3 weeks, and of course, I’ve been practicing the techniques. … I’m really enjoying the weekly Spreecasts. The coughing/sneezing comment really helped. And I love this weekly newsletter update, too. Can you tell I love this site for its connection? … Thanks for all the hard work you do.

RWRebeca W.2013

This 5x5 challenge is what I turn to when I’ve lost my routine and haven’t exercised in a while. It’s very doable and still a good workout. 5 short workouts in a week can go a long way to re-establish a workout routine.

LHLindsay H.2018

I love Fit2B workouts. They’ve helped me get stronger and are fun! There’s so much variety: type of exercise, length of workout, difficulty of workout, etc.

AHAudrey H.

My younger kids (7 and 4) pushed me to the color series and then to Blue Belt. Honestly, I was reluctant. I LOVED it! They did it with me, which was a bonus.

MTMandy T.

This is such a wonderful routine. I have been having hip issues but this routine wasn’t painful or too challenging. It brings me back to focusing on alignment and being aware of what is going on with my body.

LMLeah M.2018

The Foundational 5 gives me hope that my body will recover from this pregnancy and be strong again. That I’ll be able to do the things I used to do and be stronger for new challenges (like the 10K I have my eye on).

BVBethany V.

You spoke at our MOPS group and it was so encouraging! At the time I was pretty newly postpartum and not ready to start regular exercise again, but I have been walking around realigning ever since.

AAli2017

I did this with my six year old daughter and we had a blast! … Thank you for such an amazing variety of workouts!

HRHarmony R.2020

I LOVED this! … Feel so fortunate having found Fit2B Beth, such an awesome resource.

JHJacqueline H.2017

I don’t have to drag my kids to and from a daycare facility at a gym, and it’s less than 1/4 of the price I would pay for a CHEAP membership!

SWSarah W.2015

Love these short workouts! I’m able to do this while my 10 month old crawls and plays around me.

LLaura2017

Absolutely love how these are both “boxy” and creative! Sooo many fun moves in each of these.

RMRuth M.2024

I adapted the walking workout today to be done outdoors as I pushed a stroller to the grocery store. I didn’t care if people thought it was weird to be raising my arms. I did one side at a time since I was pushing a stroller and it was a phenomenal and fun workout. … I actually felt I needed to eat a bit of protein when I got home because it was such a good workout. Thank you Beth and Fit2B!!!

NNikki2016

This is a very thorough and inspiring course. It gives you the tools and techniques you need to safely and effectively increase your walking mileage and pace. So many good tips worked into very informative lessons and, of course, Beth’s encouraging messages!

DHDaphne H.2018

Bethany is inspirational. She relates to all people, regardless of their ability. She can help the best athlete soar to new heights or work with a newbie to make them feel really good about fitness. She has a great disposition and teaches people to love what they’re doing.

I’m loving this one. I have always carried tension in my neck and shoulders, and these stretches feel so good! Thank you, Bethany!

SNSamantha N.2017

I loved this workout! I also loved the tips for using the squats in everyday life (as in picking up a sock, etc.).

SStephanie2016

Love this one. I used to think stretching was a waste of workout time, but your teaching changed all that. I look forward to the stretching routines.

NSNanci S.2014

Enjoyed 5 min morning! Beth, thank you so much for meeting us where we are at. Thank you for reminding us that movement is good for our body little or big, short or long. I appreciate you and your work at Fit2B!

STStacia T.2019

I do love these chunky workouts! I like backward lunges as I think they help build so much strength in my legs and they give a natural stretch in my tight hips. Also any exercises that build muscle in lower abs is helpful too.

KKarla2024

This was so encouraging today. I did this last late winter/spring and had to use a chair as my low squat point. … Today was the day to start back into working out. My low squat was with a short stool (about 8-10 in) and was a breeze.

HHeidi2017

Hubby took the kids for a couple hours and doing this in a silent house felt like a luxurious get-away trip. :) Thank you for helping this mama rediscover her peaceful spirit while getting a good workout in at the same time!

EErika2015

This is a great site! As a full-time student, part-time cocktail server and a full-time mom it is hard to find the time to work out. With Fit2B Studio I can work out at any time and my kiddos can join me! As a mom, I want to teach my kids that working out is important and Fit2B Studio has helped me achieve that goal. Bethany is also a hoot to work out with.

BHBlair H.

This is clicking with me because I remember my mom doing squats, leg swings, and stretches as she did chores when I was a kid. We used to make fun of her a bit because she never sat still or just “did things.” Now having little kids and a house of my own to keep up with, I get it! She was fitting it into her day whenever she could, and now I need to as well. Thanks for the reminder.

LLindsay2015

I’m thankful for Fit2B because it made me aware of diastasis recti, showed me it is not a terminal condition, and it has given me fitness options while I heal my pelvic floor.

MHMargaret H.

With Fit to Be Us, I don’t have to worry about my kiddos joining in. It adds to the fun, and they feel good, I feel good... and no one is crying because of being in pain.

BJBecky J.

I love this stair routine! Today is the first time I’ve tried it, but I’ve done the 5-minute stair routine many times. I’m really looking forward to having more of these! Thank you, Beth and team!

TMTerah M.2018

I knew signing up for your fitness program was a good move, but now I’m fully convinced! Actually, I had a feeling I was making the right move when you did your Walk Thankful in November…

KMKristen M.2016

This is a great e-course if you are not correctly using your glutes and legs. For years I struggled with tucking my bum when standing. Doing this course and keeping active with squats has really helped me to engage my muscles the right way.

CSChristina S.2023

A great set of short exercises to fit into your busy schedule! I love that you can make them as challenging as you need to. This is a great one when you’re getting back into a regular workout routine.

CSChristina S.2023

I am doing this challenge for the second time this year. I’ve noticed some sore muscles and even though I was tired tonight, I still did it, and by the end, I was standing taller and feeling more proud of myself after a not so great emotional day. I really like the progression over the week - working on different muscle groups, and each day is challenging me differently.

KAKelley A.2018

This is by far my favorite “basic aerobics” or non-impact video.

♥Fit2B member2014

I love the tabata tone and strength!! I enjoy the different levels of challenge depending on my ability and effort that day and that it’s about 25 min as it’s easier to fit in.

SMSara M.2024

I absolutely love the studio. It is fun and inviting. I love that Beth is real about her workouts and not ashamed of who she is and how she does things. I love that I now have hope to heal my tummy and make it look normal again. I tell everyone about Fit2B and why it is the number one thing moms should be doing before and after baby!

JSJenna S.2014

Great workout! I did a lot of HIIT workouts before my tummy rehab and really enjoyed the intensity. I like the control aspect of this that other high intensity programs tend to ignore.

NHNicole H.2014

Thank you for this video. I will help spread the word to my new mama friends. Wish I had found your site after my first baby.

JJamie2016

I will continue to do Fit2B workouts because I love the encouragement and the TS workouts! Thanks, Beth, for all that you do!!!

I am a Pilates teacher specializing in women’s health. It sounds like we have all reached the same conclusions on DR and PF health, which is so reassuring: a holistic alignment-based approach, working from the base up, that doesn’t forbid certain exercises forever.

LTLeonie T.Pilates teacher · 2016

Seriously thankful for the kid workouts today! Kids are bouncing off the walls - Beth to the rescue 😂

CDCynthia D.

This was fun & a good stretch after 28 ToneUp to help me cool down. I am adoring the variety of workouts available with all levels!

JRJacQueline R.2019

Fit2B is all about making women powerful in our bodies, mind, and spirit by giving us the right support in every season of our lives. The workouts are convenient, effective, gentle, and motivating!

BBBenita B.

I highly recommend Fit2B! I just finished my annual call with Beth (yes, you really get to talk to her annually with the Premium membership!) and she helped me understand the power of using Pathways to make continual progress, and I’m SO very excited to start using them. I have always loved the way she continually teaches about the body throughout each video - I learn so much from her! I also appreciate her guidance so I progress safely. I am seeing happy changes in my body, and feeling stronger each week. My daughter has joined recently and is so happy to be progressing well! Try it out! I firmly believe you’ll love it too!

RGRoslyn G.2024

Red Reaching is my favorite dynamic stretch routine. Not only do the stretches make my body happy, but I love all the extra teaching from Beth on this one especially. It always encourages me in the right spots.

ELEmily L.2021

Another excellent blog, Bethany! I love how your blogs are so educational and informational. You provide such great info that you don’t readily hear. My girlfriend loves it as she prepares :)

SSSebastian S.2011

Looooove this workout. It’s amazing how tight my neck muscles are when I haven’t done this workout for a few weeks!

KMKatie M.2014

Fit2B thinks outside the box about women’s bodies. Not focusing on getting skinny but stronger. And encourages us to love and be proud of ourselves right where we are.

I already printed off the bones page for my girls to fill in!!! We are going to be using it as our science portion of their school day! I love the positive affirmation part of it!!

BJBecky J.2017

This is a fun and simple course that I really enjoyed! I finished the first round this week. I loved that it worked every part of the body. You can definitely feel the areas being worked! I started with just going through the 5 twice since I had thrown my back out recently and had no desire to make it worse. Next week I am hoping to be able to go through 5x as suggested. One of the things I really appreciated were the beautiful backgrounds behind Beth as she showed how to do the exercises.

BCBrooke C.2014

We do this routine weekly, usually several times a week before we begin our homeschool day. Thank you for listening to us, Beth!

MWMeghan W.2018

I’ve been doing the workouts for a couple weeks now and really have enjoyed them! The yoga and Pilates moves that the instructor Bethany demonstrates are easy to follow and understand. She also gives lots of options to modify the poses/moves to your own specifications.

SBStephanie B.2015

The Top 2 Toes routine is perfect after a long trip in the car. It helps release any tension or stiffness that’s built up during the drive and since it doesn’t require any props, is so easy to do in a hotel room.

JCJennifer C.2022

I really have been enjoying being a member. This is a fantastic workout for the tension in my neck and shoulders. Thank you!

SSarah2016

I do feel so much less tense after it! It’s so nice! Thank you, Beth! This is clearly just what I need right now!

DRDebbie R.2016

When you lose the ability to do something you enjoy, it’s hard to be still. I found myself in bad moods and depressed and even angry at myself for “allowing myself to fall”. So when your blog post is titled “the beautiful power of 6 weeks…” it tugged at my heart. Thanks for reminding me that it’s ok to rest. And to take care of me.

LMLori M.2017

I just needed to write to tell you how meaningful it was to me. You were right when you anticipated that your words would bring me to tears. I needed to hear this…

SSusan2014

Thank you for your variety of workouts! I am fighting a cold or something right now and this morning I knew I needed to move to get my lymphatic system stimulated, but didn’t want to do anything at all. Azure Awakening hit the spot! My body feels like it can handle the day better now!

SBSarah B.2023

I think it is great that you remind people what they can do as opposed to what they cannot. Very powerful message from a gal who always leads by example.

JSJune S.2011

This is so inspiring! It’s so wonderful to see women embrace their bellies in all their glory without griping about the things that are imperfect about them. … I really appreciate her saying that she chooses to ignore the rude comments … That’s very encouraging to me as I get all those same comments!

KKaely2013

Love this… I’m constantly needing this eternal perspective! One of my favorite posts ever :) Thanks Beth!

LLisa2015

You aren’t scared to advocate for yourself and your health even if it’s a seemingly taboo subject. You know the terminology to use, the help to ask for, and how to explain what’s wrong. You also know that healing is an important part of life and doesn’t make you weaker!

LGLauren G.2019

I’ve only been in here for three weeks, but already I’m feeling stronger. I didn’t start with any DR (despite five pregnancies) but still, the targeted strength building for my core has been incredibly useful. The workouts are doable and small, I just stack them to get the activity level I’m looking for!

♥Fit2B member2018

I did Combo 1 from the Challenging Path this morning. I didn’t think I would be able to do it because of being so far along in my pregnancy, but I figured my DR is only a 1.5 and strong and I would just modify along the way as needed. I’m glad I tried it, it felt really good.

NMNicole M.2015

I am truly humbled at what I’ve seen and read in this post. It reminds me that I am not alone, that there are others out there just like me and that I am not helpless in regaining strength in my core. Thank you Bethany and the wonderful models for their stories, I’m inspired!

VBVicki B.2013

I was doing postnatal Pilates for a while but had a hard time progressing into regular Pilates and hurt myself the first time I tried it. That’s when a bloggy friend was talking about your program and I figured I would try it since it was free. I stuck with those for a while and then moved forward. I think it’s great you offer such slow transitions - our bodies definitely need it!

I love my Fit2B membership for so many reasons! Convenience is a big one since I can exercise anytime and anywhere I have an internet connection. The workout choices are many and varied, so there’s lots of flexibility. Most especially I enjoy Beth’s approach to fitness: her emphasis on education and fitness that strengthens the everyday function of your body. Fit2B is ideal for anyone who wants a home workout that teaches you to understand your body, respect your current fitness level, and safely move you on to greater strength.

MMelanie2014

16 weeks + 2 days prego and I am getting over a bad cold. … Crazy how pregnancy can change so much. Thanks for having gentle yet effective workouts so I can keep up the habit of exercising when there is no way I’d be motivated or able to do what I was doing a couple weeks ago!

NNikki2016

I enjoy these Chunky workouts too! I really liked the ab work you did at the end of this one. I am still working to close the gap and the lower abs seem harder to work/tone than the upper abs. This particular ab exercise seemed to target the lower abdominal muscles. Thank you so much!!

Bethany Learn is a fabulous instructor! She knows what she’s doin’! She has sessions on Pilates, yoga, aerobics, weight and resistance training, even yoga for kids! I hook my laptop up to the TV so the image is large and I do it right in my living room when I have time. I think you’ll love it!

SEStephanie E.

We subscribed to this for a month. Yay! My 7 yr old, 5 yr old, 2 yr old and I all enjoyed these a lot! They came up with “Wall sits” for “W” and the “Roly-poly pose” for “R.” Their version of Roly-poly is to lay on their backs and roll their feet up to touch the floor behind their head (like the beginning of a backward somersault). Lots of fun and movement - thanks!

I like this course! There are many days when I come to the site to choose a workout and just have decision fatigue, so I stick with my 3-4 go-to workouts. I have already done three workouts from the ’Fun’ list on this course, all of which I had not tried before, all because I didn’t really have to make a decision beyond picking the category on the first page. Thank you for making it easier for me by telling me what to do.

As a homeschooling mom of 5 kids, taking the time to go to a gym regularly is really not an option. But with Fit2B, it is much easier to get in regular workouts. I love the huge variety of workouts. If I just want something light to get my body moving, I have plenty of options. Or if I want to challenge myself, I have those options too. There are so many workouts to keep me changing things up and free of boredom. I really love how sweet Beth Learn is and her dedication to safety and modesty as well. She’s terrific!

Thank you so much for your live webcast tonight! This was the first one I watched and it was nice, short and sweet with a ton of info. Your belly button is truly so informative! I have never had children or diastasis, but just seeing the difference in your belly when you did different positions is so telling of what is really happening inside all of our bodies.

LDLola D.2013

I love this, Bethany! … This is my favorite line from your funny, endearing and wise post: “the house will be cleaner and I’ll be leaner.” Well done!

I love how this video makes me aware of the differences in each side of my body, which side may not be as flexible, and which is stronger. This is one of my favorites, for sure! The idea of doing lunges back instead of forward is awesome (coming from someone who had 2 knee surgeries by my early twenties).

Tried 21 Tone Up for the first time today; gotta be honest, it kinda kicked my booty! But, as usual, Beth made it doable with all of her tips and suggested modifications; I listened to my body and did my best. There was such a great quote in there, too! Something like you have to choose to focus on the right thing. So good. Definitely going to come back to this one.

I loved this workout. The new moves were fun. I am always up for more Chunky 5x5 workouts. They are my staple workouts. :)

ECEmily C.2024

I am a senior citizen. Fit for 74, but 74. I didn’t do the 5x5 as envisioned by Beth, but I can do all the exercises. I will work up to doing the suggested number of them each day. Then I will add the weights and harder positions. This is truly a workout for everyone.

The best part is that there are so many ways to change up the individual exercises with weights or harder moves that it doesn’t get old. I also happened to do the special focus group that was available as an option. I would highly recommend this as well when it becomes available because Beth answered all of our questions and then went through the entire workout each day in live videos with great detail!

♥Fit2B member2018

I have enjoyed the workouts. … I am more confident about working out around other people thanks to using your videos. I also know the right and wrong way to do certain exercises so I won’t let anyone push me to do it wrong.

♥Fit2B member

I just got a vibration plate last week and was excited to try this workout. It helped me build confidence in using a kettlebell and balancing on one foot while shaking!!

NWNancy W.2025

This is the workout my husband always suggests that I do because it’s so “cheerful.” I grump and whine about needing to exercise, especially when the weather is too nasty to be outdoors, and he says “how about those step aerobics?” I always feel better when I go ahead and do it, too!

ACAnnette C.2020

Thank you Bethany! I have been doing squats, but the wrong way! Going to try side plank this afternoon. My daughter loves to exercise with me, so I am sure she will be trying it too.

BJBecky J.2012

This is one of my favorite yoga workouts! I love the gentle music, the beautiful background, the ocean waves. It is so peaceful and refreshing.

♥Fit2B member2025

Thank you, Beth, for kicking my booty while simultaneously showing it’s OK to be human. Orange Over/Under is a great one if you wanna work!

SCStephanie C.

I love that you are always learning and sharing all of your knowledge with us. I love the calm feeling I get when doing your workouts when everything else seems to be going crazy!

RKRosemary K.2014

I feel incredible. … At the end I got a major rush of happy feelings and have spent the last few hours feeling like Hulk, but happy.

ELEmily L.2025

This is great! I was amazed at how much my body was still working out while I was stretching! But instead of feeling tired and fatigued, I feel relaxed and refreshed. Thank you, Bethany!

MMegan2016

This has always been one of my favorite Fit2B workouts. I love it. It works me well, and stretches me to work in ways I didn’t know my body could do, but it doesn’t hurt me.

JIJulia I.2016

This is a wonderful workout site! Lots of routines for everyone and Beth is very educated on what she’s passionate about: fitness, birth, and diastasis! Anyone can do her workouts! She cares about all her clients and will take the time to answer any questions you may have! I didn’t even know what diastasis was until I met Bethany! Highly recommend her Fit2B site.

MMichelle2014

Beth Learn, YOU ARE MY FAVORITE! The 52 For You course is just what I need and I was all in the minute I read the email. I love me a checklist, and I really need somebody/something else to do the thinking for me right now. I love that there’s flexibility in the order and I LOVE the heart code!

EWElizabeth W.2023

Ohhhhh... thank you! This so speaks to me! … there’s relief in knowing my limits! What I can’t do is balanced with what I can do... which includes play with my precious babies when I have energy (which is not when I overdo a workout), work on my alignment which will benefit me forever, do workouts that I love and work me and make me happy. … Thank you Bethany and Fit2B!

BBrandy2014

I watched/listened to the replay of the menopause webinar today and it was excellent. I continue to be so thankful for Beth and all she puts out into the world for women. I’m someone who has personally benefitted healthwise from her posts and knowledge. We women get so focused on caring for everyone around us that we put ourselves on the back burner and it’s not okay!

LGLeslie G.

What a blessing this routine is. It is challenging to my hammies, but also taught me some new moves.

LMLeah M.2018

Thank you for this routine! I paired it with 21 Tone Up for Cardio in week 2 of beginning pathway. I loved 21 Tone Up! Just in these 3 weeks that I’ve been working through F5 and beginning pathway I am feeling the changes. I love what you do here!

HSHannah S.2018

Thank you so much for getting such a healthy, knowledgeable team of experts together to supply us at home with good information! It is so nice to see this information being offered to those of us who had no idea where to start.

DDanielle2014

Loved this! Used this track while on my unplugged elliptical (so I was manually in charge of speed) and used my heart rate as my guide for “zones.” Perfect for a day when I needed to keep an eye on a kiddo inside while I got my cardio workout in! Thanks!

SWStacey W.2022

I am almost 75. My Medicare Advantage plan has a free gym membership. However, I have to drive to the gym. The cost of gas getting to the gym is more than $9.99 a month. I can exercise at my own level and pace without having to brave the snow in winter. And my membership goes with me if I am visiting my daughter in another state.

MKMary K.2014

I didn’t feel like I was doing a lot in this workout but my glutes/thighs and even shoulders were sure feeling it the next day! Those are my favorite kinds of workouts :)

BBrittany2014

Why in the world did it take me so long to start doing these Chunky 5x5s? They are now my favorites! Thank you, Beth, for continuing to innovate and find new ways to teach us, even if it takes a while for us to catch up and catch on!

SBSarah B.2025

These are great! I love that you are who you are, nothing fake ever. There’s not a lot of real on the internet these days. Thank you so much!

RBRachel B.2019

What a powerful piece of information. Thank you SO much for suggesting we take the little test… no wonder I’ve been feeling like I “beat my head against the wall” with ab exercises!

MMelody2011

I just did Purple Passing and it was so fun! I had been in a workout slump the last 2 weeks and needed to get moving again. This was just what I needed!

♥Fit2B member

I finally tried “Hippy Yoga” this morning and wow! It is my new fave! My 4yo joined me, too. We both loved Winston and Mandy’s presence and participation. Our family is going through a big transition currently and a lot of things are just heavy right now. This was a beautiful workout and the sweet doggies just brought an extra element of comfort. Thank you, Beth!

VWValerie W.

I really love doing this workout with my teens! We have to play it twice so we can each have a stretchy band and plenty of room.

ABAngela B.2015

I was just about to write an email to ask about easing back into health after a long term illness. … this pathway caught my eye. Thank you so much for putting this pathway together, it’s such a blessing. I’m praying it will continue to encourage many more!

JHJennifer H.2020

This is a great, unique, affordable option. I have had medical issues from workouts that emphasized certain muscle groups over others, but I know these workouts are whole-body-focused. I love that I can choose a short or long workout and can search by muscle group or style of workout. It is incredibly affordable and convenient - I can do it whenever I have a minute at home! Also, Beth has such a peaceful, non-intimidating presence about her - it’s a nice change from other workouts!

♥Fit2B member2018

I really needed this theme and word of the week right now. I love the dance routine, and today I tried Tone & Flow for the first time. Amazing workout!

♥Fit2B member2024

Thank you! I laughed out loud, wiped sniffles and tears away, and praised the Lord as I worked through this piece. I am so grateful the Lord led me through a friend to your site/business. Thank you for being diligent and obedient to a calling that God put on your life to use your learnings to share healing with others.

AAmber2016

I followed the Foundational 5 pathway and now I have just upgraded to the premium membership to help me on my road to recovery. I love the support and gentle reminders I am given. The ease of access for all of this is wonderful through my app, Roku and FB group, as well as my weekly challenges. I love having those available to get me going!! I’m seeing daily improvement in my movement as well as strength, stability, and energy. I am so excited to have the other courses at such great value. I will work through them one at a time.

CMCoral M.2017

I love the F5 because it has taught me how to correctly use my muscles, and gives hope for healing post pregnancy. People listen to you because you are real, honest and you explain how to complete the exercises in a straightforward and fun manner.

JFJenny F.

I love all of your ball workouts. They’re challenging but it’s easy to see quick results. My eye-hand coordination and response time are all improving. Best of all, the ball workouts are always FUN!

JCJennifer C.2023

I have always felt that it is wrong to work out until it hurts and also find it very hard to get motivated to do that to myself. I like the idea of having someone who realizes this and is making changes to create a good workout that is safe, so thank you!

RFRachel F.

I read your other article about splinting… and scrolled down to see my favorite verse of all time. I never thought about it in relation to my post-partum struggles. Now reading this too gives me hope. Thank you for this website and for reaching out to heal women from the inside out.

JJanine2014

I love this sweet princess workout! I will have my little granddaughters watch and do this workout with me next time we are together! Thank you so much!

LLaNell2017

One of the reasons I joined this program was because it is on the Roku. Did my first workout tonight - love it!!

LLenora2014

This was so fun! I don’t have a rebounder but since the notes state that you could do without, I gave it a go on my carpeted floor and got an excellent workout! I enjoyed it so much that I immediately followed it up with Rebound II.

SDShona D.2022

I’m doing the beta launch and I love what this course has to offer. As someone who has been doing the weekly challenges for some time in the membership forum, I really like that this course is set up with weekly challenges that can be started at any time of the year. I especially love the coding for the menstrual cycle that gives insight into when it might be particularly good to do a workout. I’ve long wondered how to sync my workouts to my cycle and this is a fabulous resource for doing so.

CSChristina S.2023

This routine is one that I repeat frequently - I love it! Such great stretches, at the perfect pace.

HHeather2017

I loved this! It works really well as an evening routine to stretch and relax from a long day.

KKatalin2018

I just tried Rebound Cardio and... that was the most fun I’ve had on my rebounder, ever! I loved it! I was putting off trying it because I didn’t know how my pelvic floor would handle it, but there was a lot of variation in the intensity and I’m glad I gave it a go! Beth, I loved the music too - so fun!

JMJennifer M.

As much as I am so thankful for all that Fit2B is because of all of your hard work (and that of your team and your family), … as much as we need the content you produce, we also need to know that you are just like us! So thank you, thank you for ALL that you do, and thank you for not pretending to be something you’re not.

TTerah2022

I always loved Bethany’s Pilates and Yoga classes. She had a calmness, spirituality, in her voice, words and movements that were so contagious. I always looked forward to that class. CycleShape was such a great workout and fun, too. Attention to proper technique and mechanics was exceptional.

FPFev P.class participant and dragon boat coach

This is one of my favorite videos on Fit2B! I often feel tight in my shoulders after doing workouts, and this routine has been super helpful in stretching and releasing that tightness. The choice of music during the routine is also relaxing. Thank you for this routine!

AApril2019

Over the decades I have had crushed vertebrae in my upper back from a car wreck, both shoulders frozen for about a year each, and plenty of overwork from house cleaning. All this has resulted in less range of motion and increased tension in those areas. So taking time to do this felt really therapeutic and productive! Will be adding this to my routine for sure.

KKelly2020

Your light shines bright, and I appreciate the reminder to keep our eyes focused on the real important things, not just how flat I wish my stomach was. I so appreciate how you encourage us to be gentle and patient with ourselves as we heal.

MMelissa2015

You all do such good work. I’m learning in middle age how to love and care for myself, and you folks are a big part of that. There’s nothing else like Fit2B.

♥Fit2B member

Thank you, Beth Learn. I can’t even tell you how much of an answered prayer you are.

CWCatie W.

I saw someone the other day who was fit as a fiddle and had a pooched out belly. I immediately thought “I wonder if she has DR,” and I am pretty sure I have one because of the testing I did before the baby bump got in the way, but working on what I can with what I got. I never would have known anything about this without you posting stuff about it!

♥Fit2B member2012

I have three princesses and two robots at home with me today so we just did both of these routines and they were awesome! The kids, and the workouts! Fun was had by all (including me! I built up a sweat lol)

DDesirae2015

Your essay is wonderful. I’m so thankful that I get to workout “with you” on a regular basis. You continue to be an inspiration in my life. Thank you for what you do and good luck!

JRJennifer R.2025

I love Kelly Dean’s wall workout, quick, simple, to the point but intense and very helpful. Thank you Kelly!

♥Fit2B member2019

My daughters (ages 12 and 14) loved this informative, helpful course! As a mom, I was thrilled to find something that communicated this information in a positive, clear, holistic way. Thank you!

KKristen2017

What I love about your videos is the way that you talk to us like we are really there, one on one… It’s REALLY like you welcome us into your home, and you’re nice!

SOStacy O.2015

Sweat pooling off of my body. I had to switch to smaller weights. My heart is racing. My abs engaged. Loved it. Funny note though: I’m not sure exactly what you said, something about breathing through the bottom, and my 10 year old quizzically looked at me and asked “You can breathe through your butt?” I’ll admit to losing my form in a fit of laughter. Thanks for another fun, challenging and super workout.

LMLori M.2014

I’m a mom of two and a high school Health and PE teacher. My mind is blown about abdominals!! Much of what I was taught and have been teaching is wrong!! I can’t wait to get back to school to share what I’ve learned with my students. I’m now a reformed ab shredding, planking, crunch-aholic. I love all the educational articles on this site, too.

LNLori N.

I’ve had a lot of tests done, but this one was super fun and it wasn’t making me feel bad, just helping me observe where I’m at, and the workouts it gave me were PERFECT for my life right now!

BTBetsy T.

My daughter and I went through this course because it’s part of my premium membership. I love how matter of fact it is, and it was helpful to me to have a starting point for all these potentially awkward conversations around puberty. My daughter didn’t complain, so that’s a win for a tween!

LNLisa N.2023

I stumbled upon your website one day and never realized the dramatic transformation that happened when I started to rethink how I was treating my core. I’ve learned so much with last month’s subscription.

NNatasha2014

Love this project. I am glad I can be a part of such an empowering group. I am not embarrassed anymore of my belly.

JHJenny H.2018

I love this routine!! I was feeling tired but still wanted to do some stretching and a short workout and this was perfect! I appreciate all of the variety you offer and how you are so real. Thank you!

MMichelle2016

Just did the shoulder stretches routine. Beth, you are so lovely. I’ve missed your presence in my life. … Thanks so much for the resources you provide for us to help ourselves at home!

KSKate S.

Thank you for this video, Beth. I had a number of aha moments working through it and feel way more confident in my squats.

LHLeslie H.2016

I just did this one for the first time. I thought I would have to stop it halfway through or so but actually did all sets except the fast feet, so I was super happy about that!

AHAudrey H.2024

Really enjoyed this workout. Trying to get back in action after being in PT. I love these gentle moving workouts!

STStacia T.2019

I love being able to work out at home at my own time and pace! I’m a stay-at-home mom of 3 kids so it can be a little challenging finding the time to work out! All her workouts are for your fitness level and most are 30 minutes or less!! She breaks down each movement, and gives modifications for adding an extra challenge when you’re ready! She keeps things fresh so you don’t get bored either!!

MBMichelle B.

I loved this workout! I don’t have a rebounder but, having completed Rebound Cardio 1 without one, I figured I could do the same with this workout. I’m guessing it would work a few different muscles and challenge balance/coordination a bit more if I had a trampoline, but I got an amazing cardio workout in regardless! Thanks for this Beth!

SDShona D.2022

This morning my husband and I decided to exercise together to get me back into things. We did Pilates in Pajamas and about halfway through he declares, “Oh, Beth, you’re torturing me! I’ve got Beth Death!!!” I just laughed and laughed, and had to share!! He said afterward that it was good torture and he realizes his core is just not “hardcore” enough. I was pretty proud of myself for being able to do most of it and stick it out until the end.

SBSarah B.Australia

(Here is a message from my 3-year-old daughter.) Thank you for doing the video. I love it. And I want to watch it again. … I am happy that you do that.

EErin2015

This and the Big Band workout are my two favourites for upper body workouts. I love that there are so many variations possible to switch things up.

KKatalin2017

I love Fit2B because it’s safe and there are lots of reminders to use my core correctly!! Helps me remember the real reasons to exercise, and provides lots of variety! Also, just got a Roku and wow does that make Fit2B EASY!!

HCHannah C.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for the Salsa workout! I LOVED it! I have been with Fit2B since 2013, and I love how Beth never stops exploring and bringing fresh content to her Fitness Program!

AGAnnette G.2020

Fantastic workout! I love these more challenging ones that really make you sweat! Keep them coming.

NSNanci S.2014

Oh man, that highlighted spots that need attention! I was gifted a foam roller but promptly forgot about it until I discovered this routine while scrolling through workouts A-Z. Super ouchy IT bands, but everything else felt really helpful and therapeutic. Thanks so much!

KKelly2020

Love it!!! I’m doing this workout to prevent future PSD. I wish I’d had this when I was suffering from it! It took me almost 2 full years to heal even though I asked every question under the sun to every pro I could find. That’s how I found Fit2B and The Tummy Team.

NNikki2016

Okay, this is a messy room. I post this because it’s a tiny room. When I exercise, I have to move all the chairs and put them up against the walls, and many times have to re-position myself in order to have the room to move around. … I do not have any fancy set up, no yoga mat, and barely enough room to move around without hitting something... yet I am still able to do Fit2B in this space! So for all of you who are also in tight spaces, you can still do this!

♥Fit2B member2013

Good one! Our five year old (with baby tucked in her shirt) just did this one with me. I love how real Beth and Kelly are in the videos.

♥Fit2B member2014

Weightlifting 301... I wasn’t sure I’d finish. I gave myself permission not to. I skipped the last half of the plank-fly combo because my legs wouldn’t properly hold my weight. I kind of wanted to see how it ended so I pushed forward, doing fewer reps or even skipping sets if needed. I got to the end. Everything that can shake is, and I’m a hot, sweaty mess. I CAN.

BVBethany V.

Wow, this is amazing. I have been doing crunches pretty consistently as this is what I was told to do at the hospital (plus I’ve always liked doing them). And I’ve wondered why my back always hurt so much afterward, even though I wasn’t doing it any differently, and my stomach wasn’t shrinking or toning up like it normally does. Now I know, I guess.

♥Fit2B member2015

Awesome! Beth, you write so well, and you make me laugh! Thank you, this is so encouraging. I love your analogy. You have renewed my faith in my body.

CCheryn2014

It’s a cluttered picture but I wanted to share because my 6 year old daughter joined me in doing Kelly Dean’s Floor video. One of many reasons why I love Fit2B. My kids never joined me with other videos. Always with Fit2B.

♥Fit2B member2013

I’ve only done the first two lessons, but I can already see that my posture is better and I feel like I am making progress both in my tummy and in my self-esteem. Thank you, Fit2B!

♥Fit2B member2017

You have, nearly word-for-word, given the explanation that I offer when people ask me why I don’t teach the “canned” classes. I don’t see how a trained professional can stand in front of a classroom of clients, offer up movements, and not be able to be responsive to what she sees out there. … Thanks for a good post.

KKristine2014

I love the teaching about the difference between the upper back muscles and the TA. I think this will really help in daily life, I could feel it in the routine at least!

JJennifer2016

I’m so happy I finally tried this workout. I used to love step classes. Who cares if it’s retro; whatever gets me happily moving! I don’t have a step so I just used a doormat for now. … Looking forward to trying Basic Step Aerobics 2 next!

♥Fit2B member2020

This was such a fun workout that I now keep the band near my standing desk so that when I’m editing a manuscript, I can do a few reps here and there. Thanks again for all you do here!

JRJacQueline R.2019

I love this! It feels so grounding and nourishing to my body! Thank you!

JBJan B.2024

I love love LOVE these tips. It is really an effort for me to incorporate exercise into my daily routine. … Thanks for the tips, Beth. You make me feel like I really can do this getting fit thing.

SNSamantha N.2017

Great workout! I love that I can be dressed for the day, still get my heart rate up, and get a workout in without dripping in sweat and feeling like I need to take a shower. I am in such a busy season with my kiddos right now that I would not get any exercise in if the above had to happen. Thanks!

KKathi2016

Incredibly helpful! Whether you are looking to just improve your walking or learn the ins and outs of race walking, this course really covers a lot. I am so glad I did this course, it has really made a huge difference in the effectiveness of my walks.

♥Fit2B member2018

I love Fit2B because there is constantly more to do! I never get bored because there is always something new to try and so many ways to fit it into my lifestyle!

LOLeslee O.

Kids started out not wanting to work out and then were begging for another one after we were done. I would say that’s success!

BBecky2016

I am mid pregnancy and my core feels stronger, more engaged, and more functional on days when I do one of the Foundational 5+ workouts than on days when I don’t. Would definitely recommend the course!

EErin2017

Bethany is great at pulling people into her workouts and getting new folks to try different things. She has many years of experience teaching group exercise and training using different methods. Her Pi-Yo (Pilates and Yoga) class and CycleShape (Spinning and lifting) classes were always packed with enthusiastic participants.

MHMonica H.Manager, Comprehensive Club Management, Intel

That was the missing link for me. After working on my alignment for seven months I now know I’ve done it all wrong! Such an important exercising routine.

EElizaveta2014

I love the gentle workouts for this non-exercising mama to be able to start learning how to work my core. And the sweet spirit and encouragement!

MFMandy F.2014

I love this routine! It was a great combination of fun and challenging.

KKatalin2017

Great workout! Love all the squats, and also how it works my upper back which I need for neck/shoulder PT.

♥Fit2B member2023

I love the positive attitude and voice that Beth leads with. I think it makes a big difference in how I think about exercise.

MEMelanie E.

With my second baby, I caved to family and friend pressure to be up and about and going to weddings, the zoo, etc. within the first three weeks. That recovery took forever! I really didn’t feel better for about 8-10 weeks! I learned my lesson, and have taken it super easy during the postpartum period each time since then. Your advice in this post is on point!

AAlicia2017

Being able to learn your body and learn how to carry and hold and support yourself in day-to-day life is so important - that is what the F5 taught me. It’s not the 15 min workout, it’s the application that 15 minutes makes in your whole day and every day after that.

JMJennifer M.

I did a lot of research before joining Fit2B and I have shared all your wonderfulness with our mamas groups on Facebook.

MMegan2014

Thank you for this! As a busy mom of 4 young children, it’s really hard to fit in a solid 20-30 minute workout. But I’m learning that it’s much more possible to fit in little “bites” through the day!

KPKristi P.2016

I’m not that into shoes, so I almost passed on this assessment but now I’m glad I took it because it really did resonate. I’m 100% Barefoot Babette right now, and the workouts Fit2B gave me at the end of the test - which is kinda long, so anybody who takes it should plan for that, but it’s worth it - I already love the videos it gave me.

MBMelody B.

I just took the quiz and am so excited to try the suggested workouts! I struggle with spending too much time deciding which workout to do and before I know it half my available time to exercise is gone and I haven’t done anything. This quiz really scratched an itch.

JGJanelle G.

I really, really like this program, the course options, and the flexibility when I travel. Now I want to renew!!

JJanine2015

I just found your website and I’m thrilled. I just want to say the warmth and compassion you exude here is healing already, before I’ve even tried the exercises. Thank you so much for that! I can’t tell you how much it matters.

KKris2017

The variety alone is reason to join! There are workouts that are gentle and slow for tired or rough days, there are workouts that are the complete opposite that will get you sweating and working! The creativity of the workouts... you’d never be bored!

EIEricka I.

My 10 year old daughter said it felt so much better to roll the shoulders at the end! We enjoyed doing this together as a momma and daughter workout! My daughter says, “Thank you, Beth!”

AAnnette2017

I LOVED these dance workouts! Thank you Beth for finding Jhanae. Jhanae is like a breath of fresh air, and so easy to follow!

AGAnnette G.2020

I love the fact that the beginner’s workouts are not too long. They are just the perfect amount of time where I feel accomplished at working out, but not overwhelmed. Thanks!

BJBecky J.

Absolutely love this routine! I’ve done it maybe 3-4 times over the past few weeks, and between these stretches and mermaid mojo, I’ve already noticed more openness in my hips when I’m sitting on the floor!

RBRuth B.2023

This is an amazing course. So much more than a walking workout. This gives purpose to every step you take, a friendly nudge to move more, and a friend helping you along the way. Start at any level of walking and learn something new each lesson.

LLori2018

You do a great job on the Facebook forum of showing how much you care about each individual.

MMatina2013

Love love loved this today!! SO much fun and it is so fun to see my body showing up when I try new things. Kept up with the whole workout. YAY!!

APAlexandria P.2025

Tonight, finding this information at this Fit2B site, I’m feeling hopeful I can at least do something as I strive to lose the weight and work as I can on my core.

SSSherry S.2019

As nice as it is to find a real person instructing yoga and Pilates, it is even better that Bethany really invests in her members. From the first warm welcome to her site to personally answering your fitness questions, she is dedicated to your fitness path.

THTraci H.2015

I love this workout! Such a brilliant idea to use the bags with weight, and their swing (or lack thereof!) really helps me to keep the motions right. Thanks for another fantastic workout, Bethany! I’m tellin’ ya, God cut you out for this job. You’re such a blessing to this mama.

HHannah2017

This challenge has been just what I needed! Each workout is short enough that I can fit it into my day, yet challenging enough to tell I’m getting stronger. It’s very flexible and Beth shows you some modifications for your fitness level. I have finally been able to consistently exercise and get back into a routine.

AIAndrea I.2018

Having 3 children at home to tend to (one of them being a baby that I carry around 90% of the time), I need to be able to function and WALK without falling down, or be able to hold my baby without my arm buckling. So I can’t tell you how much I appreciate being able to do a REALLY GREAT exercise, and still being FULLY functional after! Actually, I take that back... I’m EVEN MORE functional after Fit2B workouts. And, I’m actually getting healthy! Not just burning myself out, time after time, just to see NO results! I love you, Beth!

AWAnnaMichelle W.

This has quickly become my busy-day go-to! On nights when I know I want to move but don’t have much energy or desire to do anything too intense, I’ll do a quick walk and then this routine and it always feels amazing!

LLauren2019

Just did ’Baby Lift’ with my four month old. She had a blast! I am so thankful I can easily pause the workouts, too. My 2 year old has an earache and needed some attention twice while doing this.

This routine makes my whole body feel so good and relaxed. It is my favorite. It makes my hip area go “ahhh, thank you”! I could do it every day if I let myself. I am holding myself to 2 or 3 times a week. Today my daughter even requested it after Rebounder I. :)

I love the fact that I can return to some of the oldest videos and while the cameras, lighting, and audio have all improved, the content and quality of instruction have remained consistently excellent. Beth really knows her stuff!

JRJacQueline R.2019

Bless you for the shoulder blade stretch at the beginning! It has helped my crabby, old shoulder so much in those spots that just don’t get stretched well with other stretches. I dearly love the rest of this workout too, but that was certainly a gem for me.

AAnna2017

I love the intensity of these workouts without the speed and chaoticness!!! THANK YOU!!!

KKandice2016

I am just getting started and am psyched about your program! Thank you for compiling this all in one place! I have three kiddos under 4 and a deep diastis. These videos are going to transform my life, I know it!

KKara2015

The two 5x5 workouts have become my favorite jumping-off spot. The new one is just as good! I get started and either repeat sections or stop and do another cardio or weight video before coming back to finish. I love that it takes the decision fatigue out of deciding what to do, especially if I’m craving a full body workout with stretching, cardio and weights. Please continue to make these types of videos!

SKSarah K.2023

This workout feels sooo good. My joints are stiff postpartum and I didn’t feel like working out today but so glad I did. Loved that I got to lay down the whole time :)

♥Fit2B member2024

Thanks, Beth, for the kids videos!! My kids love it and my 4 year old keeps asking, “After you do your 2 workouts can I do mine?” :)

♥Fit2B member

After ending karate and then finding Fit2B, sometimes I find myself practicing what karate I do know, and really enjoying it. But when I do, I am focused on alignment, breathing, honoring my range of motion… It’s amazing what happens when you actually honor your body and take care of it. Everything else just sort of falls into place!

AWAnnaMichelle W.2015

I almost didn’t exercise today and was in a mopey mood, but I saw what other people did today and that gave me the push to go out. To be honest... it was your post. I was like, “Well heck, I’m being depressed for nothing. If she can work out on a day like this, then I totally can!”

♥Fit2B member

Love these! I have a 7 month old, so having a short and sweet workout that actually feels like a workout is awesome on days where I have to squeeze it in!

HHannah2017

Loved this workout. Alas, my toddler was climbing on me for a large portion so I tried to be flexible and include her as part of the workout. Beth, you are a very encouraging workout instructor. Thank you.

NNikki2015

I was a Marine for 5 years. I’m new to your site but what I’m reading makes so much sense. Thanks for being a voice of compassion and reason for all of the people out there serving their country through the military, police, firefighting and more.

SStacy2017

As a devout, practicing Catholic Christian, I appreciate this article so much! … I love your insight here, it clears up the “namaste” for me, and I agree with your examples. Thanks for sharing! And teaching us holy worship and fitness!

DEDebbie E.2025

I really liked Dr. Sara’s way of clearly and concisely discussing each of her different points. I think she went into enough detail to define, clarify, and clearly describe what she was talking about, but didn’t get too complicated with it. I even learned a few things myself.

AWAnna W.2017

These are sets of exercises that can be done in any office space, with really clear explanations, modifications for people with different problems (so that some exercises are doable and without possibility of injury). Everything is shown, so that it is possible to follow the video, and one very good thing: no equipment needed. I have not finished practicing all the different groups of exercises, but the ones I have followed are really doable and help avoid stiffness and other problems derived from being static and sitting down for hours while working in an office.

♥Fit2B member2019

I always do a big/heavy weight routine on Monday afternoons, after school with my kids. I have upped my weights in the last little while, and I am feeling so proud to be able to do that! It feels SO good to be getting stronger, and to be feeling better. Couldn’t do it without Fit2B!!!!

NKNicole K.

Whew! I’m sweating, is that silly? I can see how this kind of workout is not “nothing” or little. I can already see myself getting stronger from doing this push up prep. Will I ever do a full on push-up? Maybe not, but I’m going to build those muscles while I walk toward it!

NNichole2023

Your site has made such a difference in the way I view my postpartum body. Totally Transverse I and II have really been helping me flatten my abs above the belly button.

VTVirginia T.

Definitely agree that this workout provides a nice change! I really enjoyed it! The main living area of our home is hardwood floors. I can now see myself doing these exercises throughout my day and incorporating them into homeschooling breaks for my kids. What kid (or kid at heart) doesn’t like to slide on the floor! Thanks Beth! Well done and looking forward to more sliding!

BSBeverly S.2016

Being strapped for cash has not hindered paying for the workouts... it’s way cheaper than the cheap gym we used to go to and I get the added benefit of doing them at home. I don’t have to worry about buying decent workout clothes in case guys happen to be at the gym. … Bethany can definitely be quite perky and fun, but I don’t feel guilt from her that I am not the same way. Just a steady encouragement that I can get there too.

BJBecky J.2011

I love that there are so many workouts to choose from, that I never get bored! Plus, Beth teaches so much in every workout that I feel as though I have gained so much knowledge in these last almost two years.

ADAmy D.

My new go-to whenever I can fit in a longer routine. The perfect mix of relaxation and feel-good work.

♥Fit2B member2019

Wow. This workout is awesome! I have to modify a little because my core and flexibility are not all the way strong enough for this. But, I feel a little burn everywhere in my core.

AApril2020

I love this workout so much. Reading is my favorite thing to do, but I feel bad about being sedentary. This workout is perfect for helping me read without guilt. I’d love another one sometime.

♥Fit2B member2023

I have so many favorite workouts on Fit2B, but this is definitely one of my top favorites. It’s amazing how much tension I hold in my neck that I don’t even realize until I do this workout. I always get a good chuckle at “stop in the name of love”... I’m glad you didn’t cut that part out. It’s good that you are so “real,” Bethany!

NSNanci S.2014

I did Fuschia Fascia for the first time. By the end, I was crying with relief of letting some things go. … So thankful for this workout and the joy movement brings!!

KGKelly G.

I can’t recommend this course enough. Each lesson is a nugget of wisdom and practical application on how to eat sugar free while still recognizing it’s a challenge and not a diet. There are many pieces of information I will take with me as I continue on my wellness journey. Thanks, Beth and the Fit2B Team. I so appreciate all the work and effort you put into each one of your products.

SKSarah K.2018

I loved this. Kettlebells have always been intimidating mainly because I didn’t know how to use them. … It definitely got my heart rate up there.

LLauren2017

I have been stuck on chair routines and easy routines for over 6 months due to a chain of injuries. Every time I click on this workout I think, “Not the baby routine again.” And then I finish it and am reminded it isn’t a baby routine, it is a chair routine. My muscles are warm and loose, my heart rate got a slight bump. And I didn’t aggravate my injury. I’ll be back.

ELEmily L.2021

I just checked it out, and I love it. Specifics I love: 1. The hearts. I have been wanting to be more intentional with timing my workouts to my cycle, but I have lacked the time/mental energy to plan it out. You did the planning for me. 2. The grace. Giving permission to do one workout a week gives so much grace while also giving encouragement to go for more. 3. The linked workouts. One less decision I need to make. 4. The commentary/description/quote. It gives my brain something to think about as I move my body.

AAmy2023

My 4-year-old son was watching me do this video. At the part where you said something about, “Maybe you have slippers on, too,” my son said, “No, you don’t, Mama, you just have feet on!” I love that I CAN go barefoot and not worry about hurting feet after Fit2B!

JIJulia I.2016

I am emphatically not a fitness person, as you can tell by the warrior pose below, but I’ve improved so much from before Fit2B. My photos are ’normal mom at home with crazy messy kids’ photos. And this is for Fit2B, and normal mom at home is what Fit2B is all about.

JGJennie G.2014

These pictures really hit me right in the heart this morning. … This article is the sort of thing I needed today: a gentle reminder that my body is the temple I choose to live within. … I also needed to be reminded that my emotions and view of it needed to be improved just as much as I feel the physical state of it does. Thank you for the truly beautiful project.

AAmanda2018

I loved this episode! I have followed Kate from Venison for Dinner for years and have received so much encouragement from her and from Beth also, so to see them both on the podcast together was a special treat!

JIJulia I.2023

We love this workout! My daughter is two and she gets all into it watching the children. I do what I can and get a surprisingly great workout as well! Thank you so much for all you do. This is all such a treat for us!

CPCarrie P.2014

Thank you Beth, this was great! I love that your exercises are so empowering and they feel so deeply nourishing rather than tormenting!

ABAbbey B.2015

You said it! (Girl, you said it all.) And I and so many other women need to hear it and remember it. Thank you for this post. I have so appreciated Kelly’s videos and your videos and their focus on reclaiming function and on making sure our bodies are healthy and can support us into the future. … I need to focus on living a healthy, joyful, giving, and well-rounded life. Yes, being active is and needs to be part of that, but obsessing over my pants size and dress size and what I look like in a bathing suit just does not.

CCathi2015

Fantastic for myself as a busy mom - easy to fit in on a day when “I don’t have time” for me-time and exercise, but I feel like I really moved and stretched, and it makes me want to do more.

ETErin T.2019

Thank you for this! I was browsing Facebook feeding the baby and remembered this new workout to try! 3rd baby and I never thought to stick a pillow behind my back when sitting and feeding the baby. This is why the basics are so important.

AAmanda2018

I’m feeling pretty darn proud of myself. I’ve done a routine every day for the past 3 days during my kids’ nap time, which is the most consistently I have ever done anything fitness related! Kept it easy today with a stretching routine, but on previous days I did the walking routine as well as Basic Aerobics. I like the way that amount of exercise makes me feel.

CCCourtney C.

Thanks so much for this heartfelt, gospel-centered post. I love your site for the reasons you outlined above. … I appreciate how you care more about our souls than our core. Blessings to you and your team as you seek to honor God through Fit2B. It really is a gift and I am very grateful for it!

KBKathi B.2015

OMG, so sore. Like sore in a good way. I couldn’t figure out why I was so sore yesterday, but upon waking up more sore and jumping up to do the next day of the 5x5 Challenge, it dawned on me. These exercises are simple and easy but put together in a way that taxes our muscles without leaving us exhausted and needing to slump on the couch all day. They work you in a way that leaves you with energy to chase after that kid that undid the latch again and is sprinting down the street naked and the dog who thought she’d take advantage of the open door. Give it a try. It will surprise you.

CKChristina K.2014

Bethany is - and I think will always be - an inspiration to me. I really enjoyed working with her at our fitness center. She adds so many different elements to the enjoyment of life: She is guided by a gift of wisdom, work ethic and constant spiritual harmony. Bethany is more than simply a wonderful work partner; she is a friend and holds her hands out for anyone in need of a true friend. She listens and hears with a clarity rarely found.

JKJeanie K.Manager, Comprehensive Club Management, BPA

I love your site! It’s so important for moms to realize that they can exercise and be a mom, and it’s fun!

BBrea2011

Exercise needs to be tailored to the individual, based on what they want to work on. With teachers like Bethany, a customized workout will be far more effective.

♥Fit2B member2011

Kickboxing today! Did the whole thing (last time I fizzled at the end)! And did a little yoga on my own! I am loving being consistent with workouts! I am finally seeing changes in my body too!

I think I just found my new favorite workout! Thanks, Beth!

♥Fit2B member2016

Thanks Bethany!!! Sometimes just need a reminder that it’s okay to be a mom and have a mom body!

VCVivienne C.2014

Since I knew you I learned so many beautiful things from you that I did not expect to find anywhere but in your gorgeous blog, where I can find the truth, yes the truth of all of us mothers and how hard we are working to make our family happy!

FKFatin K.2011

Still a great arm workout.

KWKrystel W.2014

I enjoyed this routine as there was nice fluidity to it and I was able to continue stretching after using the scarf in different ways as you suggested, such as going side to side in a half moon with the scarf in both arms.

KKatalin2017

Chosen workout was ’Neck Routine’ because I needed to get some of my tension out and relieve my headache. Grateful for the routine!

SCStephanie C.

My kids had waaaay too much extra energy today, so we took a break and burned some of it off with Miss Beth. We did the Walking Workout, Basic Aerobics 1 and Kids’ Crossover.

KBK. B.

Top2Toes: Normally I do bigger workouts on Mondays but I’m honoring where I am today, which is that I’m sick but was feeling restless and antsy. This was the perfect amount of movement.

MBM. B.

I just got these stickers and I am so excited to be able to have a place to record my workouts and slap on a super fun sticker afterwards. These are pretty and encouraging!! I highly recommend and will be printing them regularly as I continue my fitness journey. Thanks, Fit2B Team!!!

KWKandy W.2017

Really enjoying your site! Thanks for sharing all that you have learned!

LLacy2014

Thank you Beth. … Thanks for the added encouragement that everything can turn out even better than what I can imagine.

KKaty2016

This is a good reminder that we (women especially) should accept and celebrate our bodies for how they function rather than how they look. Our bodies provide us with so much, and to respect them means to treat them kindly. … Society often sends the wrong messages about what women should value about themselves. Thanks for helping counteract that with some positive messages.

CTCarly T.2013

I love the 5 min yoga. So good to do as a cool down after other workouts!

Over the weekend I got my husband to do a few workouts with me! He has taken a sudden and unexpected interest in his health, lol. We did Warrior Workout 1, Align it Flat and Insane Upper Body. It was fun having someone to back up what I have been trying to teach him about his posture, and how to properly use dumbbells! Now he keeps asking when he can do them again.

I love this! Very well written. You “so get it,” Beth, and you are truly inspiring! Thank you for all your passion and hard work!

I had some tech issues when I first joined and received almost immediate feedback on how to correct the issues from the website admin. I’ve joined for the next year to help me achieve my goal of becoming stronger, more flexible and relaxed.

After my eight year old and I did the low planks with chest off the floor, she looked up at the video and said, “Wow. She is a tough lady!” She was quite impressed with your strength, Beth.

Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to all of us mommies.

I’m grateful for Fit2B for the option of working out at home in a fun & energetic way!

Step and Pivot was such fun! I forgot how fun step aerobics is :) Thanks for a great, sweaty workout!!

Thanks, Beth, for making my morning a beautiful one.

Thanks for this, Bethany. I was going to push myself to work out today … but now I think my kids and I will just take a stroll around the block in the fresh air. And I love the PMS routine, so I think I will do that, too.

Awesome! I’m working on getting up earlier so that someday I may be able to exercise before the kids wake up, but I had been wondering how to do it without waking up the light sleepers. … At least I know I won’t have to worry about waking up little people!

I loved this new workout! It wasn’t too much, but I certainly felt it. I can’t wait to try with the stretchy band.

Beth, how inspiring, you go, woman! God bless you in your efforts to be even more qualified to help even more people.

I’ve been really feeling I needed to work out with my cycle and this will help me. My first pick was perfect. It was exactly what I needed. Can’t wait to do the course for a few months.

Highly informative article, I am so glad you took the time educating others on this. … So important to put this out there!! Thanks, Bethany!

Perfect for addressing postpartum tummy issues!

I almost passed by this workout because we do not have wood floors. Then I decided to take my laptop into the kitchen and try it on our vinyl floors. I’m glad I did! … it was still fun! I enjoyed the sliding movements. … Thanks for another great workout!

JJennifer2015

Excellent explanation, Bethany! … It is about control just as you stated. You can really do more damage than good if the movements are not controlled and concise.

Thank you so much for making this non-yoga page. … I’m so glad you gather them all here so it’s easy for me to continue Fit2B.
