Hot Yoga Flow I – C/TS šŸ’™

This builds on our 'Hot Yoga Prep' workout which is a set pattern of 26 poses practiced in many studios around the world. Itā€™s far from TummySafe, yet itā€™s very beneficial for flexibility, spines, knees, lymphatics, digestion, and more. So Iā€™ve been studying it and breaking it down into a Diastasis-aware series you can practice at home. This workout contains all the standing poses at a harder level than the prep video we already released, yet still ā€œholding backā€ and modifying. Hot Yoga Flow II (releasing 2024) contains all the floor poses. Please note that the autogenerated captions donā€™t speak Sanskrit even though 2 million people do LOL!
