Six-Packs Don’t Make You Strong

You think you’re strong? Maybe you are. You might have well-defined six-pack abs and be able to complete 100 push-ups without a single break. You also might be able to do endless Yoga poses and run marathons three times a year. But if you don’t know what your transverse abdominus is and how to strengthen it, you might not be as strong as you think.

Watch this quick video and take the test. It looks easy, but it might not be. I’ve been a certified group fitness instructor for 14 years. I’m strong. I failed the test.
