There will be a total of 52 lessons, one for each week of the year. You can skip around and go in any order you want.
Each lesson has a theme title to help you easily decide which lesson is right for you based on your energy levels or mood from week to week.
How fun is that?
Within each lesson, there is one workout video that fits that week’s theme + several “parallel” workouts are linked to make it easy for your to find other Fit2B workouts that fit that week’s theme. For example, here are some lesson titles:

Your goal is to do ONE per week. That means you’ll have done 52 workouts at the end of 1 year, and if you’re member + do the parallel workout suggestions, that’s even more!
What Else Does This Course Include?
Ah, I’m glad you asked, because “52 For You” has something very special that none of our other courses have! You see, fifty-two is a lot, and decision fatigue is real, right? So – in addition to the fun title themes – I came up with a clever symbolic system to help you quickly pick lessons.
💛💚Introducing The Heart Code❤️💙
If you’re a female, your body cycles in 4 phases each month: menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, luteal. However, not all of our members have a cycle. That said, EVERYONE experiences different moods and energy levels, so I decided to use hearts to help reduce decision fatigue!
💚 Green means go! You’ve got energy to start speeding up and working harder. This is great for the “follicular” phase which is right after the menstrual phase.
💙 Blue means “clear skies” and eggs. You feeling super productive, high energy, and you’re ready for challenges. This usually fits the “ovulatory” phase, and it’s a great time to push your limits a bit.
💛 Yellow means slowing down. You have energy, but you’re tapering off. You want to keep speeding, but your body feels a bit sluggish. This matches the “luteal” phase of a female’s cycle when a pregnancy might be starting and hormones are shifting a lot.
❤️ Red means rest, not necessarily stop. Don’t turn your engine off; just let it idle for a few days. It’s time to take deep breaths, do light cardio, some gentle core work, focus on simple stretches, nourish your body while you reset and get ready to rev up again. Lessons with red hearts will be great for the “menstrual” phase.

Another Note On Accessibility…
To keep these workouts accessible to the most people, the only equipment these routines will ever require is a kettlebell and/or a set of hand weights (i.e. dumbbells, canned goods, matching toys, anything you can hold safely with your hands). We have workouts here on Fit2B for every type of fitness equipment you might have at home, but for the sake of this streamlined “lite” membership, we’ll stick to standard hand weights + show you how to use what you already have on hand!
How long will you have access to this course?
This ecourse is included in a Premium Yearly Membership to Fit2B. It’s also available for purchase separately from membership.
If you access this course as part of your membership, then you can go through it again and again for as long as you maintain your membership with Fit2B.
If you purchase this course separately, it’s yours for as long as you want it, regardless of your membership status.
