About Fit2B Studio: It’s an online gym in the form of a workout video library of almost 50 workout videos including pilates, yoga, pre-natal, weights, tabata, functional cross training, stretching, ball workouts, relaxation, and more! Two things make us very different than any other online fitness video provider: First, most of our workouts are “Tummy Safe.” Second, our instructor is a real-life mom who films in beautiful homes. We are also quite modest. You can see proper form demonstrated without seeing a bunch of skin. And we talk in layman terms, no unexplainable terminology or sanskrit. Being tummy-safe does NOT mean we don’t work the core. Every single one of our workouts will tone and tighten your abs, but over 98% of women who have ever been pregnant – and a lot of guys, too – have a separation in their abdominal connective tissue called a diastasis, and this is the culprit behind the “pregnant-pooch.” Our tummy-safe workouts are effective at flattening and re-shaping your midsection because they avoid crunches which bulge the abdominal wall. We focus on the transverse abdominus while also working the entire body in every exercise routine! We also work with The Tummy Team to be sure our workouts comply with The Tupler Technique.. Basically here is how it works: Once you become a member, you get a password. You login and you select a workout or you can request a personal pathway. Then something starts to happen: You lose inches or weight or whatever you need to lose. Or maybe you gain something: pride, strength, self-awareness, a deeper mind-body connection. Whatever you need to lose or gain, with Fit2B Studio you’ll have the ability to do it in the privacy of your home, or with a friend or your kids. It’s like going out and buying 40 workout DVD’s, but ours won’t clutter your shelves. Just point and click on the workout you want to do … and do it!
