How will I go through this course?
Open a new lesson each day for 7 days. It’s okay if you miss a day here and there, but do your best to stick with it for the best outcome. Getting fresh support each day will really motivate you.
Each lesson should only take you a few minutes to read. Often there will be links to further education.
Last, but most important, you’ll be encouraged to spend a full day practicing the tips in each lesson. There is a different one each day, and they build upon each other.
