How this ecourse works:
This is a 6 week course that sends you an info-packed lesson with 1-2 workouts focused on your backside each week. Each lessons also includes a couple of quiz questions! You’ll get the first lesson right away, and the second lesson will come a week later.
With fun {but tasteful} jargon and hilarious alliterations about your attributes, you’ll be laughing and learning and exercising consistently for 6 straight weeks!
