How does the 5×5 Challenge work?
You’ll get 5 lessons containing 5 different video workouts.
Ideally, you will do one lesson per day for 5 days in a row. Each video contains 5 unique exercises you’re instructed to do 5 times for 5 sets!
It should only take about 10-15 minutes per day. You could do it for 6 weeks (5 × 6 = 30) taking 2 days off each week, or going for 30 days straight for the BEST results.
