Let these experienced voices shine new light on managing and treating core dysfunction and weakness. Let them help you determine what your next steps are while they teach you strategies that will help you start restoring your core as you learn how to generate healthy tension in your diastasis, manage your core pressure, address lifestyle and nutrition issues that may be affecting it, and more so that you can stop doming and start healing. Plus they have each provided a fun, informal quiz to help cement your new education!
It’s written for everyone
The postnatal female who has just had a baby can watch it while she rests and recovers…
The mid-life mama who is ready to reconnect to her core now that her kids are older…
The grandmother who just discovered that it’s NEVER TOO LATE to restore her core…
The professional who needs CEC/CEU hours to stay certified…
Sadly, even as diastasis recti (DR) is garnering more attention, current research and case studies about the core’s true function and design are overshadowed by extreme fitness crazes that often do more harm than good. Many still believe they should crunch, sit up and plank their way to a flatter tummy, but those exercises may exacerbate Diastasis Recti when performed with poor strategy or prior to proper progression.
We have an epidemic of distended dysfunctional bellies, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic lower back pain, digestive issues, collapsed posture ALL OF WHICH can be related to diastasis recti – a condition that is treatable non-surgically in most cases!
This course will help you find the “gaps” in your knowledge about all the contributing factors to diastasis recti + how it impacts so many aspects of our life and bodies!

I took this course to use towards my required continuing education for my Personal Training certification. My personal experience with abdominal separation and pelvic floor issues had me researching “mommy tummy” and diastasis for over 3 years. A lot of that information is either lacking, false, or a cookie-cutter approach to helping our bodies get back into a healthy state. I recently found this course and love how there is so much beneficial information for women and trainers alike, and the cost is extremely reasonable! As a society, because women are having babies every day, we have become a bit desensitized to how much pregnancy, birth, and after pregnancy can affect our body. There’s very limited information out there that is useful for women who just want to heal and feel as close to “back to normal” as possible. As a Trainer I can say first-hand we are not taught proper exercise technique for women with diastasis. I never even heard of it until after I had my own baby! This program is simplistic enough for all women, and should be a staple in Personal Training certification for any Trainer who intends on working with women.
I’m also looking forward to checking out the podcasts!
Thank you for continuing to pull this information together!

This was the most information I have ever received on Diastasis Recti! I had a short explanation in PT school but nothing compared to the variety and complexity of information in this course. I was happy to receive information for myself (as I had one after my second child) and my patients. The course is full of detailed evidence based resources in an easy to read format. There are plenty of videos and links to keep maintain your attention. I am thankful to have this course as a resource for helping other moms!
