Fit2B has workouts for everyone. My son was almost 3 years old when I went through ab rehab with Kelly, so whether it’s been days, months, or years since you had a baby, we have what you need.
We have very basic breath work videos. We have prenatal and postnatal workouts. We have kettlebell training and weights, Yoga and Pilates, cardio and stretching, foam rolling and motor skill development. We have kids workouts and partner workouts.

Meet Gillian Sukachevin
She is the pelvic floor PT at Kelly’s clinic in Camas, Washington, USA. That’s her on the set of our Baby Feeding Routine which contains such yummy arm and neck exercises you can do while taking care of an infant.
Gillian specializes in women’s health physical therapy and she has also filmed a Tai Chi routine with us. She’s pretty awesome! I can’t wait for you to “meet” her and all our other talented, smart instructors on Fit2B.

With members all over the world, the safest and most secure way for Fit2B to process transactions is to accept debit/credit cards via an encrypted sign-up page and secure automated billing and cart systems. We are unable to handle cash or checks. Upon checkout, payments are immediately deducted from the account you enter at checkout with the exception of free trials which delays the first payment until the end of the trial period. All renewing memberships (monthly and premium) are renewed automatically until canceled. Each payment covers the coming month/year of access. This is not a contract. You may cancel at any time to avoid future payments. You are responsible for managing your account HERE via the appropriate boxes. Cancelling your membership instantly terminates your access to our workout videos and stops all automated payments, but it doesn’t automatically delete your basic user account which thus allows you to continue using any Ecourses which you may have purchased separately from your membership access. I am almost 75. My Medicare Advantage Plan has a free gym membership. However, I have to drive to the gym. The cost of gas getting to the gym is more than $9.99 a month. I can exercise at my own level and pace without having to brave the snow in winter. And, my membership goes with me if I am visiting my daughter in another state.

For years I fought and fought and fought to “get my body back,” doing crunches and other damaging exercises by the thousands(LITERALLY) because that’s what the professionals said I had to do. Then I found out that huge, painful gap around my belly button had a name, and that crunches and my hours of Pilates every week made it worse. I gave up. I quit exercising altogether. I figured that’s why all the women in my family are obese. Their bodies were destroyed by the huge babies our genetics give us. Then I found Fit2B 4 months ago, shortly after having my 6th baby. I have only been a member for a short time, but find the “classes” very good and varied. The levels noted are accurate and can help someone have a varied exercise program without an expensive gym membership. I have practiced yoga since college and have done a variety of exercise programs from 80’s “jazzer-cise” ( loved it!) to a stint in a cross fit gym (not good to be sore every day), so I do speak from experience. The variety of options with progressive levels is what I like the best about the overall program. The emphasis on new motherhood is my main reason for less than 4 stars…us “elderly” ladies need to pay attention to abdomens and the possible “old” damage done years ago, but overall fitness is so much more . So, as a working women’s health nurse in her 60’s I would recommend the membership to anyone with that caveat.
