My daughter spent a healthy amount of time one weekend with her cousins while I did the Portland to Coast Walking Relay. We ended up having a spontaneous aerobic dance party in the car after I retrieved her and my sister’s kids from my parents. Later we looked those silly songs up on youtube and worked out to another impromptu dance party in my sister’s kitchen! Here’s one video that got us all bee-bopping and laughing! Mahna Mahna! I’m going to start saying “mahna mahna” when I’m frustrated! LOL! So I got to thinkin’ how stringing them together in a blog might help other parents have something to do that gets their kids moving and grooving in a positive and fit way.
