It’s yours forever
You can go through all of it at your leisure. Think of it like your own personal healing retreat, only you don’t need to rent a hotel or buy airfare to hear these big names. Plus, it doesn’t last for just one weekend. You can repeat lessons. You can message the educators.
It’s simple & straightforward
Buy this course today and learn simple, straightforward tips and tricks from these REAL experts who help people every day to restore their cores the RIGHT way for good!
Let these experienced voices shine new light on the prevention and treatment of core dysfunction and weakness. Plus they have each provided a fun, informal quiz to help cement your new education!
It’s written for everyone
The postnatal female who has just had a baby can watch it while she rests and recovers…
The mid-life mama who is ready to “get her body back” now that her kids are older…
The grandmother who just discovered that it’s NEVER TOO LATE to restore her core…
The professional who needs CEC/CEU hours to stay certified…
Sadly, even as diastasis recti (DR) is garnering more attention, current research and case studies about the core’s true function and design are overshadowed by extreme fitness crazes that do more harm than good. Many still believe they should crunch, sit up and plank their way to a flatter tummy, but those methods won’t work when abdominal fascia is compromised.
We have an epidemic of distended dysfunctional bellies, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic lower back pain, digestive issues, collapsed posture ALL OF WHICH can be related to diastasis recti – a condition that is treatable non-surgically in most cases!
This course will help you find the “gaps” in your knowledge about all the contributing factors to diastasis recti + how it impacts so many aspects of our life and bodies!
It includes 6 workout videos
In addition to all the educational videos from the course contributors – many of us contributed exercise videos. You’ll be learning and working out which means you’ll be able to immediately apply the information to your body. Talk about an immediate mind-body connection! This course includes:
