BIRL Dental Therapy Moves
Only if you have dentist-related anxiety will you understand the level of vulnerability I am experiencing by sharing this moment with you. The mouth is an intimate area, and having mine worked on takes a lot of energy from me. I’ve learned to cope with my time in the dental chair the same way I cope with many things: Movements to fight the tension. So here’s my thoughts on my dental history + the moves I did whilst having a root canal in a tooth that was unnecessarily crowned in my childhood. I hope it helps others who have anxiety at the dentist.
