Beautiful sound, perfect lighting and – best of all – creative kids! Join us as we think of exercises from A to Z. If you have a kid that doesn’t want to do it, just watch Bethany’s daughter during this one. She watches, does a few things from her couch, and then eventually joins in before going back to sitting. That is okay. Let you child watch and explore the workout, and validate any movement they think of that starts with any letter. It’s so fun!
Thanks, we, the children and I did the abc exercise together and had some good fun together. We decided n could be no with the shake of a head or nose wiggle.
We LOVE this workout! My daughter is two and she gets all into it watching the children. I do what I can and get a surprisingly great work out as well! Thank you so much for all you do. This is all such a treat for us!
This was really fun with two year olds! Loved it! Thanks!
My 4 year old son and I just had a blast doing that, I am out of breath and my 1 year old was very amused by watching it all
Normally our internet is too slow to use this site, but we are on a two week trip to a spot with better internet, so we subscribed to this for a month. Yay! My 7 yr old, 5 yr old, 2 yr old and I all enjoyed these a lot! They came up with “Wall sits” for “W” and the “Roly-poly pose” for “R.” Their version of Roly-poly is to lay on their backs, and roll their feet up to touch the floor behind their head (like the beginning of the backward-sommersault). Lots of fun and movement – thanks!
Goodness how fun! With my 5, 3, and 2 year old… I’m breathing faster and they wanna go again! Lol
My 5 yr old daughter loved this exercise, and wanted to do more. Great job on fun exercises for kids. Love that this is a kid friendly site.
