More About Lexie:
Lexie McNeill has been in the natural world for over a decade and has been feeding her family real food for 17 years! Her coaching philosophy is all about grace and balance. Her goal is to help other women gain the confidence they need to fully live the life God has given them.
Lexie is a homeschooling mom of 4 (including twins) on a tight budget. She and her husband are both entrepreneurs and live a balanced work and home life.
She considers herself a “Drive Thru Purist” because she loves cooking from-scratch meals, but she is often on the go and needs quick and easy!
Lexie is experienced with picky eaters and creating frugal, time-saving meals that can be tweaked for all fuels in the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle.
Lexie gained weight after every pregnancy and spent years exercising to no avail. It wasn’t until she started her THM journey in January 2021 that she began to see the scale move and her life change.
She has now lost 48 pounds (and counting), stabilized her blood sugar, and even seen the effects that sugar had on her mental health. Her struggle with anxiety has all but disappeared.
Lexie is a certified THM coach who doesn’t find her worth in her weight. She’s a zero-judgment, zero-shame coach who loves to help women meet their health goals!
