Why not wear blue jeans when you yoga? Bethany wears them in this short workout that can be easily combined with another shorty or used for those days when 10 minutes is all you have. Tummy Safe Tip: Keep your tummy hollowed out during “Downward Dog” and the modified planks/push-ups by lifting your navel toward the ceiling and holding it there(4:15-5:25). Also, don’t flare your ribs open and fling your arms too wide during the big chest stretch at the end (8:34-8:52).

How do I know when I can move on to more advanced yoga routines of yours? I don’t use the chair, but I’m still working on engaging and breathing haha.
This was great! I liked doing Downward dog with the chair. Good idea at the end to run through it twice on days we have time. 🙂
