Sure, moms might have the most daily, demanding job in the universe, but daddies work hard, too! If you work full-time, Dad, you are really limited in exercise options after you put in your shift, help with dinner, tuck the kids into bed, a get some quality time with the wife. One way for Dad to fit in fitness is to multitask. Give mom a few hours off and run the kids to the park. Buy a second-hand bike trailer and haul them around. Wrestling with the kids (or your wife) burns some serious calories. Use the exercise bike while you watch t.v. after the kids go to bed. Be a master planner, and plan to be fit for your kids. After all, they’re depending on you for help with college…
