Well, we hope not, but sometimes it does happen, so if something is all crossed up, let us know and we’ll get it fixed straight away!

So, with that in mind, before filling out a support ticket please try a couple things for us:
- If you are experiencing technical difficulties with this website, please restart your computer and clear your browsing history before contacting us since those actions typically resolve most problems.
- If your on a mobile device, make sure you have done ALL your updates to the OS, and software. Also, we recommend using Chrome browser, so if your using something other than Chrome, you may want to try that. Chrome is FAST, FREE, and FANTASTIC! 😉
- If you are experiencing slowness on multiple sites or browsers, you need to contact your internet company about your connectivity.
- If Fit2B is “acting up” beyond those things, we definitely want to know about it, so please fill out the form below if you’ve tried all those things.
