Once you sign up, check your *email for your log in details and the link to the Fit2B Lite Members Area where you’ll find your course & workouts!

We process debit/credit card transactions via an encrypted sign-up page and secure automated billing and cart systems. We are unable to handle cash or checks. Upon checkout, payments are immediately deducted from the account you enter at checkout with the exception of free trials which delays the first payment until the end of the trial period. All renewing memberships (monthly and premium) are renewed automatically until canceled. Each payment covers the coming month/year of access. This is not a contract. You may cancel at any time to avoid future payments. You are responsible for managing your account HERE via the appropriate boxes. Right around the start of each month, Beth will hand-select a new set of 6 workouts and load them onto the Fit2B Lite Membership area.
While the main library of workouts on Fit2B offers hundreds of home workout videos ranging in difficulty from very relaxed to very challenging, we’re going for a light and fun vibe here with 6 easy to medium level workout videos that we’ll swap out each month PLUS the 13 workouts in our Foundational 5+ Course which will help you dial in your diastasis, pelvic floor, and core strength.
For the month of June, the 6 workouts we’re offering include:
- Basic Latin Dance 2: Come learn “Cumbia” with guest instructor Jahnea Lecouris
- Water Aerobics: No pool? No problem! I demonstrate these moves “on land” for those in/out of water.
- 5-Min Arms: Grab a pair of water bottles or dumbbells and work your shoulders, biceps & triceps!
- Kelly’s Standing Abs: This all-standing set of core exercises with a physical therapist will help your diastasis and pelvic floor!
- Orange Openers: Part of our color series, this vibrant routine will warm and stretch your hips.
- Rockin’ Yoga & Pilates: Let’s rock out while we gently load & work our whole body!
- PLUS the 13 workouts included in our Foundational 5+ Course
Those 6 workouts range from 5 minutes to 31 minutes long. Their difficulty level ranges from gentle to moderate, and they cover all your fitness bases: core, cardio, resistance training, and stretching! There are 3 easy routines and 3 medium routines. The variety is really fun, and – if you combine them with the abdominal retraining and bonus workouts in our Foundational 5+ Course which is included in this membership – Voila! You have an affordable way to stay in shape every month!
A Note On Accessibility…
To keep these workouts accessible to the most people, the only equipment these routines will ever require is a kettlebell and/or a set of hand weights (i.e. dumbbells, canned goods, matching toys, anything you can hold safely with your hands). We have workouts here on Fit2B for every type of fitness equipment you might have at home, but for the sake of this streamlined “lite” membership, we’ll stick to standard hand weights + show you how to use what you already have on hand!
Please Note: This Fit2B Lite membership does not include access to our Roku channel, nor is it geared toward pregnancy. If you’re currently pregnant, we recommend that you utilize our Prenatal Fitness Program if you’re not a member, or use our Fit2B New Moms pathway of workouts if you’re a basic monthly, annual or premium member. This membership is most suitable for females who aren’t pregnant.
Wait… Why 6 videos per month?
Well, we actually put a LOT of thought into this number, and here’s some of our high level thinking: Six workouts is possible to do in one week with one day off, and you could do that 4 times without getting sick of them before we swap them out. Six workouts per month allows us to provide 72 workouts per year + the 13 included in the course which adds up to about 1/4 of our total workout videos, and this membership is roughly 1/4 the cost of our basic monthly membership. Six workouts allows us to provide 2 of each key thing your body needs: cardio, weights, and stretching. Six workouts means the price tag makes each one of them LESS than $1/each per month… more like pennies per month if you include the 13 workouts in the course we’re including.
