Questions

Good to know before you start.

What is perimenopause?

The prefix “peri” means “during” or “through,” so perimenopause is the whole journey leading up to menopause, which is when you’ve gone a full year without a period. It usually starts anytime between ages 35 and 50.

What if I’ve already started menopause?

This course is still for you. Perimenopause covers the whole journey into menopause, and the exercise and nutrition information applies to both ends of the bridge.

What if I’m not done having kids?

You can still be perimenopausal. It often bridges the childbearing years with the end of fertility.

Will this course cure my menopause?

No. Menopause is a natural part of life, not a disease. This course gives you education and strategies, and it can’t replace your doctor. It will clarify some next steps to explore for personalized care.

Is it included with Premium?

Yes. Every Premium membership includes ProActive Perimenopause, along with every other eCourse.
