How is this different from Fit2B membership?
This program is sold separately from membership. Members have a Fit2B New Moms pathway of workouts. This course adds accountability, extra motivation and email support, has slightly different content, and puts the workouts right into each weekly lesson. Once you buy it, it’s yours forever.
When can I start after giving birth?
The first week’s content has been approved by physical therapists and midwives for use as early as 3 days after vaginal delivery or 10 days after surgical delivery. Please always discuss your fitness with your medical providers. Very slight increases in lochia (postpartum bleeding) are normal during transverse abdominal and pelvic floor exercises in early postpartum. Rest and consult your physician if bleeding seems excessive to you.
What if it’s been years since I had my baby?
It’s never too late. The longer you wait, the more effort it takes to reconnect to stagnant muscles, but it’s not impossible. Many women start years after their last baby.
Is it included with Premium?
Yes. Every Premium membership includes Postnatal Fitness, along with every other eCourse.
Your body is ready and waiting to get stronger.
7 gentle weeks, and yours to keep forever.
