๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ Thailand – Kickboxing

Welcome to Thailand where Kickboxing was invented. This style of workout allows us to blend self-defense into play and fitness. Learning some basic kicks and punches can boost confidence while providing an amazing outlet for frustrated physical energy. Some people practice kickboxing very seriously, competing at high levels, while others do it just for fun and exercise.

Some styles of kickboxing are combative, meaning if you go to a class you might be paired to “fight” against someone. Other styles, like the workout provided below, are done individually, by yourself, for pure fun, coordination, and cardiovascular health. Before we do that workout together, let’s learn more about Thailand and hear from our small, smart friends!
