There is no set order or progression, because this course contains no workouts. It’s pure motivation, encouragement and application… Thus the title: MEA
Taking a plane ride soon?
You can easily select the Beth In Real Life (BIRL) content about airport moves and airplane stretches by looking under “travel” in the course grid of videos.
Let’s say you want to ride your bike again… There’s a BIRL about proper bike riding form in which Beth almost crashes while going off the trail and getting lost. Good stuff.
That trampoline you’ve been avoiding? Beth filmed herself on a trampoline for you, and once you start, you can easily find it!
How about gardening alignment or moves you can do at the park playground? How about stretching during long car rides, what it’s like to have an MRI scan, getting physical therapy, and also some skiing bloopers from the Fit2B team’s trip to Whistler because, why not?
