I so enjoy having a monthly membership. There is such a great variety of workouts available and I like that if I only have 15 minutes I can still do something good for my body. The information and encouragement Beth provides are wonderful! I keep telling friends and family who are having trouble with disastis recti about Fit2B. I feel that Fit2B fills in a very crucial gap in maternal care. Thanks! Keep those videos coming!

I have enjoyed the monthly membership for over a year, now. I love how Beth is real and honest about who she is and allows me to be real and honest about who I am and where I am in my fitness level. The workouts leave me feeling empowered and hopeful that I am able to work at my level and my pace and reach my goals. I never feel discouraged about my level and I am making progress in my physical healing journey. Beth is available through the Facebook page and I have experienced so much help and support in my personal journey. She is always honest if a member needs more help than she can give and knows where to direct her members for that help. I have learned so much about my diastasis and Beth makes it enjoyable. There is a real emphasis on listening to your body, slowing down if necessary, working at your level, and never pushing beyond what you are able to do, while challenging you to move forward and not give up. The workouts are varied and interesting. There are clearly marked pathways for those who aren’t sure where to start, from introductory, to beginner, to advanced levels. Beth is always modestly dressed so I am never embarrassed to have my children or husband present to watch the videos. My children really enjoy the workouts available just for them, from my toddler to my tween. We have all been happy with this membership.

I joined Fit2b last month and am really enjoying the workouts. I love how I have more energy when I finish a workout and don’t feel wiped out like some previous workouts I have done. I am not new to exercise so I began with the Advancing pathway and am on week 6. I do not have a diastasis and knew how to activate my tranverse already(I am a physical therapist assistant). This is the first workouts I have been able to stick with in a while. I have 2 kids and a full time job and love the variety of the workout lengths. My kids love the kids videos. I wish I had found Fit2b sooner.

Thanks to my Fit2B monthly membership (I’m in my third month), I have been making progress on healing my diastasis. I had multiple doctors tell me the only way to “fix” my diastasis was with surgery, so I was so glad to find Fit2B and believe it offers a great alternative! Beth does a great job explaining how to exercise in a way that is safe for your tummy. I love her humor and sunny personality. She makes working out an enjoyable part of my day. Beth give lots of variations so you can repeat the same workout video multiple times but each time you can challenge yourself with something new. I appreciate what Beth Learn has done in creating grace in exercise, and allowing me to take her workout’s anywhere. I love using my membership from my Roku 3, and not being stuck to a computer. There are just so many options to stay motivated and encouraged. I love her video chat’s that she does a few times a month. I learn so much that has even helped me in my massage practice. And to many of my clients I recommend her program to help with their back problems and posture. There is something for every body. Beth is so real, and encouraging. I gladly welcome her in my living room. I love my monthly membership and I recommend it to someone who is new to what she offers, or can’t pay upfront the whole year.

I REALLY wish I found fit2b sooner! I spent the last 8 1/2 years hating my belly due to diastasis. Drs never told me NOT to do tons of sit-ups so I did only to have my belly get worse. I absolutely LOVE beth! She is fun to watch and easy to follow. Makes working out enjoyable! There are so many different videos to watch and so much learning. My 4 yr old always asks to workout before I do. He loves the kids videos so much. Thank you Beth for sharing you wealth of knowledge with us and helping us all start the journey to healing our belly.

I am almost 75. My Medicare Advantage Plan has a free gym membership. However, I have to drive to the gym. The cost of gas getting to the gym is more than $9.99 a month. I can exercise at my own level and pace without having to brave the snow in winter. And, my membership goes with me if I am visiting my daughter in another state.

For years I fought and fought and fought to “get my body back,” doing crunches and other damaging exercises by the thousands(LITERALLY) because that’s what the professionals said I had to do. Then I found out that huge, painful gap around my belly button had a name, and that crunches and my hours of Pilates every week made it worse. I gave up. I quit exercising altogether. I figured that’s why all the women in my family are obese. Their bodies were destroyed by the huge babies our genetics give us. Then I found Fit2B 4 months ago, shortly after having my 6th baby. I’ve been in awe every day since then because of the difference it has made in my body already, AND IT DOESN’T HURT!!! I still have a long way to go- 75 lbs of “I give up”- but I actually LIKE exercising every day again, and I have hope that my body will be physically healthy again after a decade of abuse. That hope is priceless.

As a home schooling mom of 5 kids, taking the time to go to a gym regularly is really not an option. But with Fit2B, it is much easier to get in regular workouts. I love the huge variety of workouts. If I just want something light to get my body moving, I have plenty of options. Or if I want to challenge myself, I have those options too. There are so many workouts to keep me changing things up and free of boredom. I really love how sweet Beth Learn is and her dedication to safety and modesty as well. She’s terrific!

I have only been a member for a short time, but find the “classes” very good and varied. The levels noted are accurate and can help someone have a varied exercise program without an expensive gym membership. I have practiced yoga since college and have done a variety of exercise programs from 80’s “jazzer-cise” ( loved it!) to a stint in a cross fit gym (not good to be sore every day), so I do speak from experience. The variety of options with progressive levels is what I like the best about the overall program. The emphasis on new motherhood is my main reason for less than 4 stars…us “elderly” ladies need to pay attention to abdomens and the possible “old” damage done years ago, but overall fitness is so much more . So, as a working women’s health nurse in her 60’s I would recommend the membership to anyone with that caveat.

Fit2b is literally for any person- man, woman, young, old…I cannot recommend it enough. There is so much variety- I can find a relaxing, stretching routine or an intense cardio session. I can work out for 5 minutes or 30. It’s really been life changing! Beth knows so much about the human body and she constantly reminds you to listen to your body and go at your own pace. Fit2b is a gift I give to myself–it’s my ‘me time’ and my kids even like it because there are fun videos for them on here. Beth’s positive and kind demeanor always leaves me feeling good!!!

I’m so thankful for Fit2B! The monthly membership option has been perfect for me. I’ve been enjoying the Beginner’s Path workouts for several months, taking it slow and easy, due to scar tissue and a severely weakened/atrophied core from 7+ abdominal surgeries over the years. The ladies at the pool this summer asked me what my secret was, because I look so different from last year. You better believe they all heard about Fit2B! Needless to say, the changes in my body are visible, and that is encouraging. But even better, I FEEL STRONG! I am healing. And my body is loving it! My husband loves it, too. The strengthening of my core + pelvic floor has been a blessing in our marriage. I’ll leave it at that. 😉

I have used this site off and on throughout my 3 pregnancies and love it! I absolutely trust the information given about what is safe for my core and what is not. What Beth says about the diastisis just makes sense. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and in the process of still strengthening my core, getting ready for delivery. Always will highly recommend!
